Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
NO SMOKING IN HOME AT ALL. NO SMOKING NEAR DOORS ARE PATIO AREA. THERE IS A DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA IN BACK BY FENCE WITH RED CHAIRS. Swim at your own risk no lifeguards on duty. No child unattended.
ANY MISSING ITEMS from books, towels, dishes, linen etc you will be charge accordingly.
NO EXTRA QUEST THATS NOT REGISTERED. THIS IS A VIOLATION. IF CAUGHT YOU WILL BE ASK TO LEAVE AND NO REFUND
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking are vaping in home, near doors, windows and also pool area. No children left unattended at pool. If smoke is smelled will be 500.00
No life guard. Owner nor manager not responsible for damage from pool Camera policy cameras outside of home . There are 5 cameras for your protection
No extra quest can stay the night only the quest register. No pets unless approved. If approved $125.00 non refundable pet fee.
