Forget your worries in this 3 bed 2 bath home in a peaceful neighborhood off Millerville and Oneal Ln, close to i12 & shopping.

Please note, the neighborhood is comprised of primarily seniors so no loud parties/events. To respect the community's regulations, only a maximum of 4 cars are permitted on the premises. Blocking streets, mailboxes, or driveways will prompt immediate police intervention. Additionally, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited for the comfort and safety of all residents. Also I'm not sure why the amenities list a hot tub, but this reservation does not include one. Sorry about any inconvenience that brings.

The space
The home features three bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed and a nightstand. While there are no TVs in the bedrooms, entertainment options are plentiful in the living room, where guests can enjoy a selection of board games and access various streaming channels. Laundry facilities are conveniently located within the home for guest use.

In the living room, guests can relax on a spacious chaise sofa, ideal for accommodating 2-3 people and a sectional that can fit an additional 2-3 people. Additionally, there are two counter-height bar stools at the island and two chairs at the kitchen table, providing ample seating options for dining and socializing. The kitchen table comfortably seats two, while the countertop offers seating for an additional two guests.

The house has 3 rooms but only enough utensils for 4 people. Not enough items to actually cook and stay a long period of time. Could use more night stands and dressers to allowed storing of clothes. The furniture was not comfortable to actually sit on. There was bar stools at the table which did not allow everyone to sit at the table. Need chairs that match the height of the kitchen table.

Host communicated well and things were in order, but definitely a few improvements would make a more comfortable stay. The unit has no active air unit working. A portable air conditioner was used that struggled to keep up with an 86 degree day in Baton Rouge on Saturday. I can't imagine anyone being comfortable in there on a mid summer day. The house was clean, but mattresses were not very comfortable. Host left snacks and our kids had fun with the huge connect 4 game, but a working air unit and more comfortable beds would go a long ways.

Convenient Location to Almost Everything

It was very convenient to restaurants and stores as well as the event we were there for approximately 15 minutes away. Rooms and home was nice, clean and quiet. Would recommend ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Was a little warm at times and the fans would have helped.

This property is as advertised and some. Clean place. A/C works and an extra A/C unit was provided to keep house cool. Plenty of room. Extra amenities (snacks, bottles of water, tooth paste, shampoo, combs), which were not necessary but great if I needed them. Host requested nothing of us but to leave on time and lock the door (like any hotel). When I did have a question for Bailey, I got a response immediately. House is within 2 miles of Wafflehouse, Gas, Walmart, McDs, Taco Bell, Movie Theater and I-12. Great, quiet, comfortable spot.

Family visit

The host was great, easy access very detailed message for check in, alarm code, etc. The location was very good easy to excess. Little disappointed that it showed hot tub on listing and there was no hot tub. The house keeper the host uses could of put a little more effort in to cleaning, but I would definitely rent from the host again in the future.
