We really enjoyed our stay. Good price point, spacious rooms and living areas. Strategically positioned between Albany and Denmark and whisper quiet. Quick access to the Bibbulmun and plenty of wildlife. Difficult to fault and why would we?

Thank you for your lovely feedback. Wishing you all the very best x
Beautiful surroundings when we visited in April. Beautiful and old cottage with a large kitchen that opened up to a long dining table. Definitely a place we'll look at booking again for future trips with the extended family.
What a beautiful property and a great place to spend Christmas with the family.
Everything you could think about and more is supplied for your convenience (towels, soap, condiments, appliances).
The house and land is just gorgeous, the pictures in the listing only show half of what you will see!

Thank you so much for your lovely review and for choosing Beaumaris escape to spend your Christmas at. We wish you a wonderful start to the new year and hope to welcome you back again in the future.
Our stay was beautiful, there were a few little details that would have made it perfect. Kitchen well equipped, beautiful decorated living area.
On the down side, the fireplace wasn’t clean and the wood we received on arrival was very little, and we had no communication that we had to provide our own for the rest of the stay.
The rooms that were made up was a bit inconvenient for our one guest as her room was across the kitchen but at night she had to go downstairs to use the bathroom. Downstairs bathroom, the shower tap was faulty. Upstairs bathroom shower head was loose and tiny shower cubicle, no soap dish available .
A bit of maintenance and cleaning required. Cobwebs inside the windows at upstairs bedroom. Corners of room dirty. Bathrooms immaculate clean.
Rained all weekend, couldn’t comment on outside area, but looks great !
I booked Wren Cottage through Stayz for 2 guests. The listing clearly advertises a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeping up to 12 people, with no mention anywhere that access is restricted for smaller groups. From the moment my booking was accepted and fully paid, the host, Tanya, made the experience stressful. She sent multiple messages and even called, asking repeatedly whether we were “a couple or two singles.” I confirmed the guest numbers each time, yet she kept pressing the same question as if she didn’t believe me.She also told me we would “only need two rooms,” which sounded like she planned to restrict access or something never stated in the listing. She mentioned that extra guests are charged 40 per person per night, which is standard, but then referenced the property's cameras with a smiley emoji, implying that we might try to sneak in more people. The tone of her messages and call was rude, condescending, and aggressive. It felt mocking, accusatory, and intimidating, rather than welcoming guests. When we arrived, things didn’t improve. The property had noticeable wear and tear and several broken fixtures, including:A kettle lid that didn’t close properlyKitchen drawer handles are loose or missing.A sink tap cover falling offFloorboard edges are splitting. It looked tired and poorly maintained. Given the way management communicates, I can easily imagine that guests will be blamed for these existing faults.Overall, this was an unpleasant experience.
We were looking for a restful time away and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Wren Cottage had everything we didn’t know we needed. Great location - far enough way but close to Albany and Denmark for sightseeing or shopping. Kitchen was well appointed with quality crockery, pans, glasses and cutlery - proper tea towels as well. Bed linens and towels were great quality. Dining area and living room were tastefully decorated and comfortable. Enjoyed the wood burning heater and the rain on the roof. The walk in the wet karri trees lifted our spirits. We will be back and bring adult family and grandchildren along too - plenty of room for a family gathering. The host Tan was wonderful and the welcome basket and fixings for the bread maker an added surprise. Just the retreat we needed.
Had suck an amazing time in Albany/Torbay over the weekend in this absolutely stunning property, the property manger was so polite and easy to communicate with. Would 100% recommend staying here to anyone.
Absolutely brilliant place to stay , loved the property and location we will defiantly be back if welcome,
Thanks so much

You are absolutely most welcome!
Very impressed that for 12 lads the place was left faultless! Thank you!
Hope to see you again. Hope you had a win in the tournament!
Pleasantly surprised, was actually same as the pictures show, bit isolated but really enjoyed the quiet and getting back to nature. Stunning beaches nearby, well worth the visit
