Resort Home - Location is one of the best in the resort. Our condo is near entrance to hotel and The River, with both amenities just a 5 minute stroll away. Patio overlooks 7th green on the West Course of Rancho Las Palmas CC

Luxury Living - comfortable 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condominium with all the comforts of home. Kitchen fully appointed with SS appliances, and new furnishings. Entertainment friendly, great room fully tricked out with 60' HDTV, full 6 speaker surround system, wireless Internet and printer.

Sleeping - Master Suite - Large bedroom, with Cal King size bed and sitting area. Walk in shower, double sinks and granite countertops. Flat screen TV. Second Bedroom - King size bed, sitting area and Flat screen TV. Third Bedroom - queen sized bed with Flat screen TV.

Exterior Living . Covered private courtyard entrance. Back Patio is north east facing with natural gas BBQ, comfortable seating area for 6 with fire pit and dining set. Sit on our patio and watch approach shots on the 7th hole. Our patio 80 yards from 7th green

GOLF CART - Owner has 4 seat golf cart with golf bag attachment in garage. Cart is not included in rental rate, however special arrangements might be able to made with owner provided appropriate waiver and insurance is provided, for an additional fee.

PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP - This condo is a NOT another beat up rental unit managed by a third party. This is our second home managed by the owners.

Great stay in the desert!

House had a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere! Kitchen was well equipped and the patio had a great layout so it made it easy and enjoyable to eat there. We would stay there again without hesitation!

Great location

We have stayed at probably 15 different properties in Rancho Las Palmas Country Club . This is by far our favorite. We enjoyed the firepit in the mornings while having coffee .

Lovely Villa

Karen and Steve have been very accommodating and respond quickly to any questions that came up. The Villa was exceptionally clean, updated, and well stocked with dishes , appliances, etc. We throughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it! 🌴. Loved having coffee on the porch with the morning sun.

Amazing stay!

First time in Rancho Mirage for spring break stay with the family - this property was absolutely perfect! Immaculate, well-designed, great sound system with easy instructions. The kitchen had everything we could possibly think of! Beautiful patio with a lovely fire pit. We rented the golf cart and it made for easy transportation around the very large property. Steve and Karen made the process easy and responded immediately when we ha questions. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Rancho Las Palmas Stay

There were 4 of us staying in this lovely 3 bedroom condo situated on the golf course. This is a condo that is enjoyed by the owners and therefore it has everything you would expect a home to have. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking; the patio is very comfortable and we appeciated the gas fire table during the cool evenings; we had fun using the golf cart to get over to the clubhouse and tennis courts; the condo came with a generous supply of cleaning supplies and paper products. The owners are very helpful and readily available by text or phone. A few issues to address: there are no windows in two of the three bedrooms (only sky lights) making the room feel very dark. The master bath needs allot more lightning and the master mattress needs to be replaced as it has deep indentations on both sides. Overall a very good experience

Great Place in Palm Desert!

This place was spotless and had all the amenities you need! Check in was seamless and the hosts were easy to work with. The location was great being so close to the Omni Resort for access to restaurants.

Beautiful 3 BR condo on a golf course fairway.

The lush seating on the shaded patio overlooking a well groomed golf course sold us on this unit. Well appointed and immaculately maintained this unit has everything. Located off Hwy 111 and Bob Hope Dr, it is near many restaurants, etc. It's a winner.

Golf & Tennis getaway

Wonderful low key stay at Rancho Mirage. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the patio and fire pit, very comfortable seating indoor and outdoors. Very clean and well supplied kitchen. Great location with tennis, pickle ball and golf on site. Look forward to come back!

Very nice condo

This was a very nice rental. The place was spotless and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and is golf focussed. Both the community and home have quite a few rules to follow but they were not hard to adhere to. If you have sensitivities to perfumes, you might ask the owners to remove some of the air fresheners before you stay there.

Super Property inside & out

The property felt like home. The great room/living area was super comfortable with all of the amenities. Kitchen set up, nice bbq. The outside patio space was used constantly - love the morning sun and afternoon shade! Great proximity to the Club house for tennis & Golf. The owners were super helpful!!

We can’t say enough good things regarding our stay in Rancho Las Palmas and Steve and Karen’s beautiful home. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Wonderful family home

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect for us. We were walking distance to the resort facilities and The River. Everyone was comfortable and we never wanted for anything...this a well equipped home that the owners obviously take pride in. Communication with Steve, the owner, was easy and he responded quickly to a couple of questions. It all added up to a great Christmas vacation.

Beautifully decorated home in Rancho Las Palmas overlooking the 7th fairway. Central to Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert area. Clean, comfortable and enjoyable with amenities including outdoor firepit, nearby shared pool and walkable access to the golf course and a small gym. Definitely look forward to coming back!

Beautiful condo, prime location

We really enjoyed our stay! The interior is warm and inviting, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the golfers roll by. Everything was within a few minutes drive. Will definitely try to stay again on our next visit!

Everything about our stay was positive. The communication and response from the owners was timely and helpful. The condo was well located, decorated tastefully and equipped to meet all our needs for a stress- free holiday. We loved lounging on the outdoor couches around the fire with coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the late afternoon. The community was safe, well-maintained, tranquil and pools were close by. White glove treatment

My wife and I have been coming out to Rancho Las Palmas for over 10. years, We love this place. it has such a nice feel when you walk in the door, and has all the comforts of home.. The owners, Karen and Steve were very accomodating and made us feel like we were part of the family. This place is the best location we have stayed at in RLP - its on a very quiet street, but really close to the hotel and to the River. We barely used our car durng our stay. Will be back next year for sure. - Jack and Lorna
