Relax in our remodeled two bedroom vacation home located in the Rancho Las Palmas Country Club. The back patio is on a green and has a fantastic golf course views. The condo is also just steps away from a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Must be 30 years old to rent this property.

The condo has just undergone an extensive remodel in 2025. The upgrades include NEW open floor plan with 30x30 inch ceramic tile flooring throughout, custom wall paint, solid core interior doors and beautiful opaque glass front doors. The kitchen has a large island with quartz countertops and all stainless steel appliances. The living room is equipped with a sectional, 75 inch OLED Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer are in the condo for your convenience.

A California king bed with upscale bedding awaits you in the master bedroom suite with a 32 inch flat screen TV, plus views of the golf course and back patio access. The master bathroom has also been upgraded with new double sink vanity, quartz countertops and ceramic tiled shower.

A new pillow top queen bed and a twin bed with upscale bedding are in the large second guest bedroom. This is the only model that has complete separation of bedrooms. The guest bedroom has its own slider that opens to the interior courtyard. Grill and dine at the interior courtyard and relax with your favorite beverage on the back patio.

There are ceiling fans in both master and guest bedroom.

Walking distance to 'The River' shopping, restaurants, and movie complex. It is a short car ride to El Paseo Drive, Westfield Shopping Mall, Living Desert, as well as a grocery store and pharmacy. Rancho Las Palmas Country Club offers 27 hole golf course, 25 tennis courts both clay and hard courts, a driving range, professional golf staff, kiddie wading pool, fitness center, and dining areas provided by Rancho Las Palmas Hotel.

Everything you might need has been furnished. From check in to settling in to how things worked were promply communicated. Golf cart was a definite plus. Will stay again.

Had a great month long stay. The roomy condo is updated with comfortable beds and supplied with all amenities. Two patios each with excellent furniture for lounging and eating. Being right on the golf course did create some early morning maintenance noise and a stray golf ball is possible.

Rancho Las Palmas is a very nice community in Palm Desert and Susan's condo is exceptionally nice. It is very well furnished, well equipped, clean, and located right on the golf course. We have stayed there twice and look to be back in the future. Susan if very personable to deal with and goes the extra mile to ensure a lovely stay. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and Susan's condo is on top of our list

Wonderful condo and community

Cutest condo and great location! Decorated in a modern flare. Central desert location; close to The River, El Paseo, Living Desert, golf. Susan is an amazing hostess. Timely in responses. One little glitch was that there was not a golf cart as described as it broke down. Owner in process of removing from description. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home and wonderful location

This home is lovely, well decorated and comfortable to hang out in. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout. The barbeque was great, easy to use and in very good condition. Susan was very responsive, texted back immediately when we had a question. We love the location of the pool. The pool floats were great - we spent most afternoon at the pool. The people were friendly and fun! I highly recommend the property and Susan - we are planning to return next winter.

Wonderful month

My wife and I stayed for the entire month of January. The new owner was a pleasure to work with and spent some time to help us out of a jam when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo. Our deposit was refunded promptly. The condo was just as pictured, quite roomy, clean with all the equipment one could need for cooking, cleaning, etc. All equipment, e.g. TVs, wifi, kitchen/cleaning gadgets worked well. We had several different guests in the second bedroom over the course of the month, and we all were quite comfortable and enjoyed the condo quite a bit. The location was very handy to shopping, hiking, many great golf courses and restaurants, and 15-20 min to Palm Springs. Joshua Tree Natl. Park, which we visited several times, is just 40-50 Interstate miles away. We would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous Rancho Las Palmas location and Turn-key condo

My little dog Turtle and I relocated to the desert, from Seattle, in May. We stayed at Sue's condo while we looked for a condo to purchase. It was very hard to leave, because this was the perfect spot for us. This property has everything you need and some things you didn't know you needed, but will use and enjoy! Condo is well decorated, clean, and Sue is very responsive to anything you need. It has both HBO and Showtime, for those of you who need to stay caught up on your favorite shows. Beds are very comfortable and the walk-in shower is great! I was still woking remotely and the desk, printer and Wi-fi all worked well. The Golf course patio was our favorite place to hang and watch the golfers. You are on the green, so no flying balls:-). Patio is large and very secure, if you are traveling with your furry friend. I also loved that the condo faced North and South. May is a very warm month and the condo stayed very cool during the heat of the day, without having to crank up the air conditioning system. Golf is available to all and very reasonable on these courses. There is even a golf cart in the garage! Not only did we find a gem of a condo, we also found a new friend. Thank you, Linda and Turtle

Best condo in Rancho Las Palmas!

Our family had the best week in Sue's immaculate condo, beautifully decorated with West Elm furniture and pillows. We've stayed in many, many condos in RLP over the last 30+ years, and this unit had the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen! And multiple sets of towels and linens. And 2 comfortable patios with great seating and dining areas. What a joy! Not to mention a great location! Don't hesitate to book this great unit!

The property is nicely situated at Rancho Las Palmas. It is very close to the pool and hot tub, which my husband used every day. It is very nice to have a patio in the front and the back, as the sun moves around. Ms. Glanzrock was very nice to work with.

Condo was nicely decorated and well stocked with the necessities. Susan the owner was so nice and easy to get a hold of if you had questions. There are four Pickleball courts and nice tennis facility. We enjoyed our stay !!

Great place and clean

The place is nice and clean. Ample supplies for towels. Kitchen is equipped with typical necessities. The beds are comfortable. The three of us slept like a baby for a week. Decor is nice and sleek. Sue did call and email me to check in with me. Did not get a chance to talk to her as I have my email and phone turned off. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

Winter in the desert

This is our 2nd year staying in Rancho Las Palmas in Sue's condo. We love the ability to walk to the River in the morning or for dinner. Close to great shopping and all amenities. The condo has everything you need and as this was our 2nd time in this condo it truly felt like we were coming home. Pool and hot tub are nice and close and with the numerous lemon, grapefruit and orange trees around the property what more could you want! Sue is wonderful and very accommodating. We look forward to returning next year!

Home away from home....

We have used VRBO for over 17 years and this is one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. The kitchen amenities and linens are abundant, even a Keurig. The beds were very comfortable and important for long term stays. The decor is tasteful and lovely. The pool is right across the street and electronically heated perfectly. Las Palmas grounds are maintained beautifully and the golf is great. Not on the cart path is a bonus. We are looking forward to our holiday again next year. Beautiful winter getaway

Thank your Sue for the lovely stay in your condo. Centrally located across from The River for shopping, restaurants and movies a short walk or golf cart drive away. We loved being in Rancho Los Palmas and the unit is well equipped and comfortable for a short or as in our case a longer stay over Christmas. We look forward to returning next year!
