It’s stocked with cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats 4 or more, creating a welcoming space for family dinners or relaxed breakfasts with a view.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Primary Bedroom: A peaceful ocean-view retreat with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private balcony access. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, spacious vanity, and modern finishes. (Note: no walk-in closet available for guest use.)

Second Bedroom: Perfect for families or friends, this room offers two queen-size beds, cozy linens, a large closet, and a flat-screen TV.

Third Bedroom: Designed for kids or extra guests, featuring two twin beds and plenty of space to relax.

Bathrooms: Both bathrooms have been beautifully updated with sleek, contemporary finishes. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience.

You will be provided the unit number and key code to access the unit the day before check-in.

Check In: 4:00 p.m. Check Out: 11:00 a.m Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Minimum age to book unit 25. No 3rd party booking

Per building policy, No smoking 🚭 allowed in the home, on balcony or in building. Allowed only in behind parking garage where indicated

Please keep music at a lower volume in the evenings, no loud music or noises after 10 p.m

Swimming is at your own risk. No Lifeguards are onsite.

Feel free to use anything provided for the unit or beach. We understand things break, HOWEVER, if you break it….replace it, or let us know so that it can be replaced. We would like all of our guests to be able to enjoy the amenities we have provided. It can be as simple as a coffee cup ☕️ or skim board 🏄‍♀️ or as big as a piece of furniture 🪑 Items are inventoried after each guest and you will be charged if anything is found missing or broken. If we don’t know the problem, we can’t fix it 😊 TIA

DO NOT take bath towels to beach, additional fees will be incurred

Per building policy, please do not hang towels anywhere on balcony to dry, the wind can be strong and blow things away

Trash must be taken to the dumpster behind the parking garage

DO NOT remove the zipper enclosed waterproof mattress cover. It is there for allergen & hygienic purposes

Lock balcony door when not in use, winds will blow it open
