It has all the amenities of a first-class development so that our guests can enjoy a comfortable vacation.

- If you need an iron, baby crib, or any other special item, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to have it ready for your arrival.

- Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask that you be respectful and keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

- Extra guests are not permitted. As an exception, a baby under 2 years old may be accommodated at an additional cost of $250 MXN per night, as the administration considers them an extra guest. The corresponding payment will be processed through Airbnb once the reservation is confirmed. A bath towel and beach towel will be provided for the baby.

-Out of respect for neighbors, noise levels must be kept to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
- Parties are not permitted on the property.
- For security reasons, only registered guests will be allowed access to the property. No additional guests are permitted on the property.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property or on the balcony. If staff notice the smell of cigarettes, burns on the furniture, or cigarette butts on the floor, there will be a penalty of $1,500.00 MXN for cleaning and deodorizing the property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Hanging laundry on balconies is not permitted.
- We kindly ask you to use the air conditioning responsibly.
- Any damage to the property (linens, appliances, furniture, walls, pool, etc.) will result in a penalty for the cost of repairs.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Due to weather conditions in Puerto Vallarta, power outages may occasionally occur. These are usually brief and service is restored quickly. We appreciate your understanding.
