Prepare to relax in this central beachfront location just minutes from the malecon, shopping, restaurants and shows. Enjoy Puerto Vallarta's amazing sunsets from your 6th floor balcony. During the day relax in the pools, stroll on the beach, or enjoy drinks poolside. You'll enjoy the convenience of having your own kitchen area to cook if you desire and in unit laundry. The unit is equipped with a Smart TV and WIFI so that relaxing in the unit is as enjoyable as your time outside.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit that is available for stays of 4 nights or longer. There is no access to the washer and dryer for stays shorter than 4 nights.

A cozy, spacious studio with a magical ocean view. A wonderful, huge, comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area on the balcony. The complex is simply magnificent, with a reception area, a gym, and a beautiful pool area, with pools of varying temperatures: several cool pools, two heated pools, and two hot tubs. The host was attentive and responded quickly. We saw two сrocodiles in the nearby river. It was strange, but we were told they were not dangerous.

Getaway for hubby and I!

My husband and I came to PVR to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. The condo was perfect! All the necessities and an amazing view of the ocean. We used the pool multiple times and found it to be clean, well serviced, and plenty of pools so you didn’t feel crowded. The location is walkable to a grocery store and a few restaurants. Host was very responsive, we will be back! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful studio condo! Loved sitting and having snacks on the patio table with nice view of pools and bay. Only negative of trip was the weather, overcast every day but day we had to leave. We will be back next year with hopes of sunshine!

Nice property!

The unit, view of the ocean and pools were awesome. The shower had nice, hot water, the bed was soooo comfortable and the furnishing were lovely. The property is about a quarter mile off the street with gated security at the entrance. Perhaps because of construction in the area, the street and sidewalk are in poor condition with potholes, uneven rocks and parts were just a dirt road. It was dimly lit at night and a bit creepy.

This property was everything expected and as it appears in the pictures. Easy access to pool, beach, grocery store & bus stop 2 blocks from unit. Dryer did not work and Gwen had a repair service within 24 hours. Great communication and coordination.

Too expensive and super noisy construction!

The first thing is the unit is advertised in CAD$ but you get charged in US$ which makes a big difference and this is not mentioned anywhere. There should be a disclaimer of some sort. Many other units in this building are renting for much cheaper as we found out the hard way. In addition, there is a new building going up next to this place and there is constant very loud noise. Several jackhammers echoing through the structure from 7am until sometimes as late as 8pm. It is deafening and really aggravating! Many of the property owners we spoke to adjusted their prices accordingly due to this inconvenience but the owner of this property would not! Most of the people would go somewhere else during the day leaving the pool area mostly empty until the end of the day, not the kind of vacation you would expect! The unit is nice but the kitchen is very sparsely equipped. I do not recommend this place !

This guest did not reach out a single time during their stay to indicate there was a problem; only after she left did she demand a refund because she claimed VRBO didn't tell her what she was being charged. The guest's complaints about a sparsely furnished kitchen were that she didn't have a cheese grater or a large enough salad bowl. She also didn't contact us at any point during her stay to ask if we could supply those items. Overall this guest's rating reflects her displeasure with being denied a refund for complaining AFTER her extended stay. This guest just hoped that threatening to to leave a poor review after they left would result in a refund.

My husband and I had a fantastic time in Puerto Vallarta and loved the unit we stayed in. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning and enjoyed the ocean view. Our unit was clean. The pools were nice and the staff at the condo were so friendly. So much to do on the beach too. We would definitely stay there again.
