We had a great stay. The host was helpful, the loft was clean and comfortable, and the location to the skywalks and our event in downtown Des Moines perfect.

Great communication with the host. Place has a modern industrial vibe with enough soft touches to keep it comfortable. The building setup makes you feel very secure, while being downtown gives great convenience.

A few things were Missing.. (can opener) for example…. Was extremely friendly.. allowing me to get in a little early.. great communication.. location was perfect.. I would stay there again!! Pet friendly!!!!!
