I've taken care to ensure that the inside of Captain's Rooftop provides incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean from the kitchen, living room, lanai, and rooftop. You come to Marathon for the ocean, so you should get to look out over it both when you are out on the boat, and when you are back at the house. The house itself, grounded and sturdy, sits high and dry, a testament to the Keys' resilience and charm.

Families find a special kind of joy here. The property is designed for multigenerational enjoyment, with spaces that bring together the young and the young at heart. Games like foosball and corn hole, beckon for friendly competition. An elevator gives easy access for guests of all ages to the top floor without going up a single step.

A mere few minutes' drive or walk takes you to some of Marathon's finest attractions and eateries. I always recommend the Island Fish Company and Lazy Days South for a taste of the local culinary scene. And if you're keen to explore, rent a boat and venture out to Molasses Key, or simply stroll to Sombrero Beach for a sun-kissed afternoon.
