This is not a place to stay with small children; glad mine are grown for this stay. Also, the host really needs to have people they know stay there a bit to see what guests are really looking for. This property really felt like someone is just trying to make money and they don't really care about the people using the property. One of our beds was broken, there were limited furnishings and the tv in the living room was not user friendly at all. I would not recommend this property for any long stays; we ran out of toilet paper as well as paper towels. The porches felt dangerous, the refrigerator leaked and many items were simply not taken care of.

Thank you for your feedback. We take pride in maintaining our property and want to clarify a few points for future guests. Regarding your request during your stay, access to our basement laundry facility is explicitly not included in our listing, as it is a restricted area reserved for business operations and personal property. We strictly enforce this for safety and security. We also want to assure future travelers that our property is fully and accurately pictured in our listing, so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. Our porches are completely structurally sound and safe. Following your checkout, we immediately inspected the refrigerator and beds, finding no leaks or structural defects. Furthermore, while we operate as a short-term rental rather than a hotel, we pride ourselves on providing a very generous supply of paper products—well above the standard starter amount for the industry.
