The Loft at Mountain Laurel with amazing views of Blue Bouncer Mountain.
The Loft at Mountain Laurel Event Venue is your tranquil escape from the pressures of every day life. This well equipped space is ready for you to relax after a day of exploration in the Ouachita Mountains. From the comfortably furnished king bedrooms, to the inviting open concept living area, we are sure that you will enjoy your stay at The Loft. The Loft sits on roughly 13 acres with a private stocked pond. Bring your fishing gear and enjoy some catch and release fishing, spend the evening around the campfire making memories that will last a lifetime, play some board games, or cuddle on the couch and catch up on some movies.
Please note: The Loft is a 2nd story living space of our event venue. When the property is not being used as an event space, we are happy to welcome guests to stay at The Loft! There are 18 steps from ground to entrance. The views from the deck and all windows in The Loft are beautiful, however if you do not like heights, or would struggle with the climb, our place may not be the right fit for you.
Our property is located about 35 minutes from Hochatown, OK, where you can experience fine dining and activities for adults, kids, and families. Visit Hochatown Rescue Center, play some pool or hit a strike at Gutter Chaos, ride an go cart, play mini golf, and so much more!
Broken Bow, OK is about an 45 minute drive from the property and offers fine dining, shopping, and more! Visit the casino to test your luck or walk downtown and catch up on some shopping, maybe grab a nice meal or dessert at one of the shoppes downtown!
Mena, AR is about a 40 minute drive. Visit downtown and catch up on some antiquing, shopping, or a nice meal. Then head up the Queen Wilhelmina Drive that runs from Mena, AR, to Talihina, OK, where you are gifted with million dollar views of the top of the Ouachita Mountain Range. Stop at Queen Wilhelmina State Park for hike down Lovers Leap Trail, catch a train ride around the park, eat a meal in the Queen’s Dining room, and enjoy the views. This is also the location of the Ward Lake Trail System that is quickly becoming a must see among mountain bike enthusiasts! This system, upon completion, will cater to all skill levels and will feature a chairlift system for easy access to higher altitudes.
This space is NOT pet friendly. Owners live next door to the property and will be happy to assist you if you need anything during your stay.
