Poipu Vista Villa is a custom designed home in Poipu Kai Resort. Ocean and mountain views are just the beginning for this Hawaiian paradise. The incredible design of this home literally brings the outdoors in, creating a place to relax in peace and privacy with beautiful panoramic views ranging from the mountains to the sea from the living area and wrap around lanai.

Upon your arrival you will know that you are 'Somewhere Special'. A 40 foot wall of glass paneled mahogany doors lead out into your very own private tropical garden with a lava rock sunken spa and pond with a walkway that winds you through a rainbow of colored tropical flowers and palms. The lushly landscaped grounds include orchids, tropical plants, banana and palm trees which greet you swaying in the gentle breezes.

When you finally make your way back indoors you will find it tastefully appointed in a Modern design reflecting style and grace with tile flooring and a open Hawaiian style, spacious floor plan. A custom gourmet kitchen with an island and granite counter tops over Sapele cabinets and breakfast bar seating for six persons. The dining area has seating for up to 10 persons at a formal but relaxed setting.

Poipu Vista Villa is set up on two levels which offers privacy to families traveling together and is ideal for family reunions. The first level is an Ohana, which has a separate entrance. This apartment includes two of the bedrooms and a bathroom along with a full second kitchen with granite counter tops and all new appliances including a large side by side refrigerator freezer with water and ice in the door, microwave and full oven and stove.

Nice big beautiful beach (adjacent) house!

Amazingly clean for a house so close to the beach. Gorgeous kitchen, backyard, and lanai with beautiful view of lush Hawaiian mountains. Well stocked kitchen and everything multiple families could need at the beach.

Family Vacation

A great home for our group of three families. Appreciated the downstairs apartment with own entry. Plenty of space for the group to spread out. Five minute walk to the beach. Great view of the mountains from the front deck. Parking in the driveway was a bit tricky with three cars, but we made it work.

Family of 11 celebrating parents 50th wedding anniversary, ages 7-70. Beautiful home. Actually two separate levels and the grandkids loved the downstairs all to themselves. We cooked many meals in the huge kitchen dining area. Walking distance to beaches and the community pool was nice too.

Terrific getaway

This was a spectacular home in an ideal location. We walked to the pool and beaches daily and found everything we needed in the home. It was ideal for myself, my children and 6 grandchildren--ages 1-13. I highly recommend staying here and working with Wendy--she was most helpful and responsive.

Perfect house for a large family vacation

The house was perfect for 10 people. Décor, location, ambiance, and size was amazing. We will be using this location again for sure. The kitchen is very update. The best part is the huge balcony where you can sit and enjoy a sunset or sunrise and the beautiful scenery while enjoying a gentle Hawaiian breeze.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in the perfect location on Kauai

We don’t want to leave this beautiful house!! Our week long stay to celebrate my Hawaii Five 0 Birthday could not have been any better. This property was the highlight of our stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and we could easily walk to beaches. We drove sometimes too and found parking fairly easy. Everything we needed was available to us for a fabulous visit to Hawaii!

Loved It!

The location of this property was perfect for us. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted! We had 8 adults and three children, and there was enough space for everyone. We loved using the hot tub in the evenings, and enjoyed the spacious kitchen, dining, and living room upstairs. We would rent this property again.

Family getaway

The house was absolutely perfect for our two families of 10! We loved the openess and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The driveway is definitely a climb, but as long as you approached and left at an angle it wasn't too bad. It was a great week!!

We live in the beautiful Town Los Gatos in Northern California. Nick is originally from England and Wendy from Southern California, but we have both lived in Silicon Valley for over 30 years. We have been married for 30 years and have three fantastic children.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy traveling to the Hawaiian Islands and have enjoyed many family vacations on Hawaii, Maui and Kauai. But our favorite spot is Poipu in Kauai. On a trip back in 2013 Nick came across Poipu Villa Vista on his morning run, on a whim he picked up a flyer. Low and behold we are now the proud owners!

What makes this property unique

The panoramic views from this Poipu Kai Crestview home are reason enough to stay. However with it's 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths it can easily house two families, so we can travel with our friends and family and so can you. The size and location close to beaches make for endless possibilities. Maybe you will see a Monk Seal on Poipu Beach at sundown, or boogie board every morning at Shipwreck beach, get a great massage at the Hyatt, cruise the NaPali coast in a catamaran and visit Waimea Canyon just to name a few. Sunny Poipu is a great spot to hang out or launch your explorations. Enjoy Kauaui!
