Garden Paradise w/5 min walk to beach-4bed/3bath recently remodeled

Welcome to Serendipity Kauai-a fully remodeled 4 bed/3 bath home set in a lush tropical garden. Located on a quiet cul de sac, we are a few steps off the Poipu Kai greenbelt where you can walk to the fabulous surroundings: 5 min. to Shipwreck Beach, 10 min. to Poipu Kai pool, pickleball and tennis courts, 10-15 min. to Brennecke’s and Poipu Beach. The home is gorgeous, but ultimately the yard is the best part of this home, with lots of outdoor living.
You will enter our 2100 square foot home through a private courtyard where we have a dining and seating area. Once inside the house you will find beautiful furnishings with plenty of seating and dining areas for you and your family. The chef’s kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need, including a wine fridge. We have a formal dining room and an eating nook inside the house. But we think you will spend most of your time dining outside in our tropical garden of a yard.
We have air conditioning in each of the beautifully decorated 4 bedrooms. Master Suite #1 has a King, en suite bathroom and opens to its own private lanai in the backyard. Master Suite #2 has a King plus a twin daybed and an en suite bathroom that opens up to our gorgeous outdoor shower (note this bathroom also has a door into the shared spaces, but can be locked out). The 3rd bedroom is the party room with a King and Queen and easy access to a shared bathroom. The 4th bedroom has a Queen and easy access to a shared bathroom.
As amazing as this house is, the lush yard and the lanais are really the stars here. You will be amazed at the tranquility and beauty of this little slice of paradise. The outdoor shower set amongst the beautiful lava rock allows everyone to get the sand off before coming inside the house. The various lanais give people room to spread out or come together at a central outdoor gathering spot.
We provide 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a beach wagon to make it easy to walk to the fabulous beaches nearby. In addition, there are usually boogie boards, snorkel equipment and beach toys available at the house, depending on the prior guests, so check before buying anything.
We have a laundry room off the kitchen. In addition, you will have plenty of room for parking off the street in our driveway.
