Welcome to your perfect South Yarmouth getaway!
This charming 2-bedroom, pet friendly Cape Cod home is designed for easy, relaxed vacation living- whether you’re here for beach days, bike rides, or cozy nights in..
Step inside to find a bright comfortable home with central air, a gas fireplace, and a sunny game filled room that’s perfect for morning coffee or family fun. The house includes fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of room to unwind after a day on the Cape.
Head downstairs where you’ll find a ping pong table and extra hang out space. The backyard features a hot tub- ideal for relaxing under the stars after a day of exploring.
For adventure lovers we provide bikes for easy rides to the beach, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and other local spots!
We provide strollers as well for families visiting. We have a fenced in backyard for your furry family members! The house is only a ten minute drive to the Nantucket ferry located in Hyannis for a fun day trip!

Pets are welcome with prior approval and payment of required pet fees. Pet fees are mandatory for all reservations bringing pets.

Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets, including but not limited to stains, odors, scratches, or damage to furniture, flooring, landscaping, or other property items. Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply if needed. If a pet is over 40lbs it’s $50 per pet. Example- if you have a 40lb dog and a small dog it would be $50 for the 40lb dog and $50 for the small dog. Please message for any questions.

Please do not strip the beds (it’s easier for our cleaning lady to keep the bedding organized by room when she comes to change out the sheets and comforters)

Please tie up garbage and leave by the pal in the kitchen.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My husband and I had a great little stay in Yarmouth! Mare's house is so sweet and in a great location- it was perfect for our dogs as well with the fenced in yard. We hope to visit again some day!

This house was perfect for friends and family. There was ample space and a private backyard. The owners were easy to communicate with. The air conditioners were a great help, and the central location allowed for easy exploration of the Cape. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Mares property with our kids and our pup. Clean, dog friendly home, with lots of fun, beachy decor, and plenty of space to spread out with the family. Location is close to everything! Beautiful beaches very close by where we watched the sunsets with our kids and dog, then ended our days soaking in the hot tub every night. 3 minutes away to the closet grocery store and other attractions, but the home was still tucked away in a private, beautiful neighborhood. Mare was wonderful to communicate with! Thank you so much for a wonderful September stay on Cape Cod in your home!
