Cozy home with view of the Suwannee River located within 300 feet from a local boat ramp. The Suwannee river is great for fishing, water skiing and kayaking. Just minutes down river to Hart Springs and within 20 minutes driving distance from Fanning Springs and Gornto Springs. Ichetucknee Springs, Ginnie Springs and Manatee Springs are only 30 minutes away. Come make memories with your family that will last a life time! Please know this property has three outside security cameras. Front door, back door and underneath the house facing where the key boxes are and the owner’s private she shed.

My husband and I have three handsome sons and one beautiful little granddaughter. I am retired and my husband has a full-time job outside the home. I love people and convo with new friends from all around the world; therefore, this is the perfect job for me! With four rentals in three different counties here in Florida, I do not always get to meet my guest in person. Although, it is very rewarding that some guest have kept in touch with us through social medial and such. I also have a love for ole things, other than my husband! With this being said, you will find each rental is uniquely decorated with things of the pass. I hope you enjoy your stay and you too will come back and visit us again!

This property is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Dixie County. It's within 300 feet of a public boat ramp. You can see the view of the Suwannee river from the property, master bedroom and living room. There is an outdoor country kitchen downstairs for entertaining.
What makes this property unique
This home is close to many beautiful springs and if you like to antique there is always a yard sale nearby! Some of my best antique finds have come from this area. You must visit the Point of View while in the area.
