Welcome to Sunset Social Club, a 4-bedroom, 3-bath home just minutes from Scottsdale's Old Town — walkable to bars, restaurants, golf, spas, and 1 mile from Spring Training. Built for groups and families who want to be in the middle of the action without sacrificing space to spread out.

Outdoor Living Heated pool (fee) + hot tub (always heated, free), gas firepit, pergola with 55" TV, covered outdoor dining and grill area, plus mini golf, ping pong, and darts for the whole group.

Bedrooms 2 Kings, 4 Fulls — all premium bedding. Primary suite has an ensuite bath + backyard access. One additional bedroom (2 fulls) also has an ensuite bath.

Kitchen & Dining Fully equipped with Keurig, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, and ice maker. Dining table seats 10, with two extra chairs available on request for 12.

Traveling with Kids? Pack and Play, booster seat, and stroller delivered in advance on request. Plastic dishware and toys onsite.

No parties or large events. Quiet hours from 10 PM, monitored by noise sensors and enforced by the city. No smoking inside (smoke detection monitors onsite).

Starter supplies provided: laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee and pods.

Per city ordinance: all reservations go through ID verification after booking. Credit card fraud is reported and prosecuted.

We had a lovely stay and Allyson (the host) was very communicative prior/throughout our stay. This home was very cozy and comfortable along with close proximity to Old Town. Would highly recommend for a group!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the amazing amenities at this home. The backyard is a vacation dream with a pool, grill, pergola, fire pit, hot tub and games. The house itself was clean and beautiful. Plenty of towels, lovely furniture, comfy beds. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Close to fun places like Old Town Scottsdale and Camelback Mountain. The host was very responsive. We were pleasantly surprised with a tray full of snacks and drinks upon arrival. The home and host were were amazing. Highly recommend! We truly enjoyed our stay.
