The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just a block from a local park, and nearby to the downtown breweries and eateries. There are two bedrooms and a bath upstairs and two bedrooms and a bath downstairs. Additionally, there is a bonus living room and a seperate game room. This place is not only packed with space for you to spread out, but also loads of games for you to battle it out with your friends. As an added bonus, the hosts live around the corner from the popular Lake Mcintosh, where you can coordinate borrowing up to eight kayaks and paddleboards. This Lake is about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown, boasts an amazing view of Longs Peak, a 3.5 mile running path circling it, and sometimes pelicans, eagles, or even more rare a live local symphony. :)
