The kitchen is large and open as well, with lots of counter space and island seating to gather around while preparing meals or entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with an espresso machine, blender, mixer, dinnerware, wine glasses, rice cooker, crock pot and much more.
There are 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, dressers, large closets, nightstands and linens. Between the bedrooms there is a full bath with a bathtub and shower, hairdryer, handheld shower head, towels, and soaps.
The house also has a den with a gas fireplace, sofa bed, armchairs and a 35" smart tv. Just off the kitchen there is a sunroom overlooking the backyard, with chairs and a table. The large backyard (currently being landscaped) has a privacy fence, gas grill, and a cornhole game set.
The neighborhood is located just a 10 min walk, or 5 minute drive to any number of restaurants, breweries,shopping downtown and the Longmont Hospital. It's also just a 15 minute drive to Boulder; 45 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park; and 50 minutes to Denver.

The experience was everything we needed it to be. We were in Longmont to visit our new baby granddaughter who was in the NICU. We were looking for easy. Working with Chad was easy - he was responsive and friendly. The location was easy - easy to get around town and to get to the highway. Easy to enjoy - modern, stylish and comfortable.hope it is available every time we are in town.
The state of the back yard was in disarray, looked like they were in the middle of a landscaping project. Also, was quite surprised one morning when i went out back and there was a dog in the yard. I realized the owner was in the basement the whole time! Kinda unsettling to be honest. Besides that, it was a nice home in a beautiful area.

Mark, I apologize that you were surprised to learn that I was there—In the property listing it is stated that there is an apartment in the basement that I frequently occupy with my dog. As for the backyard, yes, I am in the middle of landscaping.

Originally from MN, I’ve lived in CO for over 35 years. I have two adult children, both living outside of CO. I am an avid cyclist, and enjoy most outdoor activities. I have a dog-Devi, (I think she would ditch me if she had an alternative source for food).
There is a garden level apartment completely independent from the house that is accessed from the back yard. I do not rent it out. It is only occupied by me when I’m not traveling.

The neighborhood is quiet and diverse. Just ten blocks from downtown, which has a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops and breweries.

This house has an open floor plan and a large open kitchen. There is an abundance of natural light in the living room, kitchen and den. The house is decorated with minimalism in mind to provide plenty of space to spread out and relax.
