The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Lower heating to 58 wash all dishes and leave on drying rack make sure the spa is covered cover all outdoor furniture
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
no loud music, spa use after 10pm or before 7am this is a city rule. Code enforcement will write you a $500 citation if they are called out
no pets on furniture or beds. Excessive fur in these areas will result in $150 fine. pets sleep in their own bed not on ours
please remove shoes during winter inside the cabin
