Home is 1800 sq. ft. on two levels, two bedrooms, (2 Queen bedrooms), a den, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining rooms, bonus room, and a large deck. Gas fireplaces on both levels.(30 day min.)

Located within a few blocks of Puget Sound, Fauntleroy ferry, Lincoln Park & beach, as well as Rapid Ride C bus service to downtown Seattle. Includes utilities, Internet WIFI, basic TV cable, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, washer & dryer, gas BBQ, small appliances, dishes, linens etc., and lawn maintenance. Ample street parking with Zone 3 permit(s), purchased by renter. One guest pass provided.

The place is really nice and spacious. The landscaping is enchanting. The owner is so super helpful with everything. From the best trails to public transportation. I'll come back.

A Gem in West Seattle

Lynne is kind, friendly, and an awesome host. The home is spot on as described, it is comfortable and has everything you would need for any length of stay. The West Seattle area is very easy to maneuver, shopping, restaurants, and tons of outdoor activities. We enjoyed many walks to Lincoln Park, easy drives to Seward Park, Sculpture Park, Snoqualmie Falls and much more. You can walk to or drive and take the Fauntleroy Ferry to Seattle or various other Islands, Bainbridge, Vashon, and others. We will definitely return!

Beautiful views in great neighborhood

Charming house with lots of space, We very much enjoyed the views of Puget Sound and the Vashon Ferry. Super easy walk to Lincon Park and a quiet neighborhood. Owner is awesome

We enjoyed our stay and view

We enjoyed our stay a lot, and loved to sit out on the deck in the day, and watch the sunset from there at night. The property manager was very responsive to our requests, including providing two pillow toppers for the upstairs and downstairs bed.
