The pool is the best part. The master bed is not comfortable, and the ac was set to 75 with a locked cover. We had to open the windows at night to help keep cool. It does have all the amenities for cooking, and is a clean house. Overall the stay was fine, but could be better.

Thank you for your review. We are always open to improvement. I do wish you would have reached out Regarding the AC and we would have given you access with the key. We have to lock the AC because people will try to lower it to 65 and that can freeze our pipes and then people would be without AC. I would have given you access so you would have enjoyed your stay more. We apologize for that experience.

Nice property. Nothing spectacular but had everything we needed and then some. Location is OK in a quiet neighborhood. Great spot halfway from Daytona to Orlando but there's not a lot to do in Deltona. Host was very responsive. House was decent. Clean rooms and linens but needed some maintenance and some of the things are just old. Pool was of course a big hit for the kids. Stay was good and no complaints!

We booked this property for a 2 day stint at Welcome to Rockville, we wanted to retreat to a peaceful sanctuary after a full day of loud music and crowds, and man did this place pay off. The pool was soothing after a day in the record heat, the neighborhood quiet and the house super clean. Other than the food we bought and brought we needed nothing, everything was provided, and the beds were comfortable. If you're looking for a quiet spot right in the middle of everything, this is it.

Wonderful Property

Very well maintained, with a beautiful outdoor space. So close to all amenities, and less than an hour from all Orlando parks.

We absolutely loved this property. The house was exceptionally clean. It was well stocked. We had everything we needed for a week long stay. The outdoor seating area was so pleasant and a nice addition to the home, and the pool was absolutely gorgeous. It was spotlessly, clean and Crystal Blue. We enjoyed every single thing about this home and would not have recommended to change anything. Tanya is wonderful to work with and made everything such a pleasure. Our checkout was easy as can be and went very smoothly even at 3 o’clock in the morning. I highly recommend this property.

Great place with a pool!

Kids and grandkids loved the place especially the pool! Everyone had their own space. Close enough to attractions to not be a hassle. A great place to relax.

Great Stay

We had such a nice time in this rental. Easy check in/out for this property. Clean, close to shopping and interstate, household needs well stocked. Quiet neighborhood. Despite the change of weather and heavy rains, we still had time enjoy the pool! Would stay here again.

We had a good time staying here. The pool was too cold to swim in. We were very comfortable. The games were a nice bonus. Close to shopping.

Warm my bones

Traveled to Florida from NY to warm my bones. This location was quiet and conveniently located near essentials. My children loved the pool and the dogs loved the fenced in back yard!!

Pleasant stay

Host was easily able to contact and quick, friendly responses. The house was organized and clean. The pool was great, ready to use upon our arrival. Plenty of towels, sheets and kitchen items. The house is located in a quiet area, very close to Saxon Blvd and I4 for shopping and restaurants. It was good to be able to have our dog with us. We would stay here again.

Everything was clean. The Only problem was with the bedroom by the washer & Dryer - strong gas smell in the room. We opened the garage door and pool door to air out the room then closed the door and placed a towel under the door to make sure gas smell didn't come back in.

Thank you for your review. I wish someone who have told us directly about the gas smell issue as the lawn mower is in the garage and was freshly used before your stay. We will address this. Thank you

Perfect rental for family

This property is super clean! Plenty of room for 8 adults. Pool is bigger than the pictures represent. Perfect for pets with fenced in yard. Property is centered within everything. Beach is 35 minutes, Downtown is close, restaurants and entertainment is within 20 minutes. I can't say enough about how nice this place is! Property manager is timely and great to correspond with. You can tell they really want you to make the place your own and enjoy your stay! Thank You!

Stayed in Deltona

The process was very easy. The property was not so attractive on the outside, but the home was clean, pool was clean and everything we needed was there for us. Be careful around the pool it’s very slippery when wet.

Just needed a place to sleep with my husband and dog.

Overall my stay was great, other than my issue with booking. Website had property available on Saturday, however 3 days prior to our arrival I noticed an email canceling our reservation. . Now I'm in full panic, because we have no where to keep the dog! However the owner (God Bless her) offered a temporary place for us to stay until Monday. Thank you. Place is emulate. Lots of Lysol..love this Recommendations: fix ice maker.

Beautiful and Relaxing!

The property was perfect inside and out! We celebrated my dad's 90th birthday there, and it couldn't have been more perfect. We all felt right at home and relaxed the entire week!
