The courtyard was peaceful and perfect for breakfasts in the morning and board games in the evening. Location is close enough to Duval for easy access, but just enough removed that you don’t hear a thing! Great for us early birds with small children.

We stayed for 12 nights and could not have had a better time or better location. The management company picked us up from the airport and provided us with early entry into the property. The bed was super comfortable and all the linens were provided. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The dipping pool was perfect for a quick cook down after a long day out. Courtyard was so peaceful for a glass of wine before heading out to dinner. Loved the home and the management company. Communication was unbeatable!! Highly recommend!

We loved the outdoor space! The gated courtyard area is a lovely social spot shared by several other units and has several tables for outdoor dining and relaxing. We met several neighbors as well as a friendly cat who also enjoys lounging in the courtyard. The unit was clean and well cared for.

The location of the property is absolutely stunning!!! The little garden has plenty of seating. The pool was never crowded when we were there. The onsite property managers are the sweetest. The condo itself was okay. The air conditioner didn’t work well upstairs. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn’t regulate speed well-high speed barely put out any air. The shower has very little pressure and the main shower head only has one setting. Couldn’t get the detachable shower head to work. We had the water turned all the way to get a comfortable hot temperature for a shower, it wouldn’t get any hotter. Parking only on the street. Close to duval street and CVS. Would stay again if they fix the shower issues.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Road's End was so easy, thanks to our hosts. They provided rides to and from the airport, and storage of our luggage. We love staying in Old town Garden Villas, with its quiet courtyard and friendly neighbors. The rental was clean and the beds were comfortable. Since this rental backs onto Truman, I would recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper. We will be back!

The one thing that we didn’t pick up on from the online listing was that the bedroom was on a second floor. We’re both seniors with mobility issues and navigating the stairs, especially with our luggage, was a challenge.
