The Space:

This home is a quintessential San Francisco experience. After climbing a short staircase, you’ll enter the main floor to find a spacious living room, full dining room, eat in kitchen, and three bedrooms down the hall to the left.



In the living room, you have a very large couch, chair and bean bag to enjoy our projector and Apple TV. Please note, we do not have cable, but joining the Wi-FI will allow you to easily stream anything from an Apple computer or mobile device.



The first bedroom has two twin XL beds and a dresser to store your clothes. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and half the closet is available for your clothing. The master suite contains a queen size sleigh bed, half of the closet for your use, and an attached private bath. All rooms include full length mirrors, and each bathroom has a hair dryer under the sink.



The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and eating, with a shelving pantry next to the stove to store any food you may acquire on your trip. We also encourage you to enjoy the backyard of the home, finished with slate tiles, a table and numerous chairs.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house and one parking space in the driveway. Please allow room for our downstairs apartment guests' vehicle.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in the Parkside neighborhood of San Francisco’s Sunset District. Being mostly residential, this is one of San Francisco’s more peaceful neighborhoods. A quick ride on the light rail will have you steps away from museums, landmarks and vibrant nightlife. A selection of local cafes, restaurants, taverns and corner stores are just blocks away, but we encourage you to explore other neighborhoods to maximize your San Francisco experience.



Getting Around:

Situated between three major transit lines, getting around from this home is easy. The Muni L train stops less than two blocks south, and will take you to West Portal, The Castro, and into the heart of downtown San Francisco. The 48 bus stops just one block north, and will take you to the Noe Valley, Mission and Dogpatch neighborhoods. The 29 bus, just three short blocks west, takes you north through Golden Gate Park up to the amazing Sea Cliff neighborhood, which offers stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge and California coast.
