Property is suitcase ready. Guests are supplied with brand new sheets, pillows, kitchen towels, and bathroom towels. All other bedding (comforters, shams, throws, blankets) and linens are either dry-cleaned or laundered between each guest.

This boutique rental is located in the heart of historic Elmwood, just steps to College Avenue.

Perfectly situated for visiting U.C. Berkeley and turn key solution for sabbatical or visiting professionals.

Discount for rentals of 3 to 4 months.

This ground level junior suite features one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, private laundry, step-down sun room /office which enjoys a view of the patio, backyard, and garden complete with umbrellas, seating, dining furniture, and weber gas grill.

Our Junior Suite offers a private entrance and one assigned off street parking space. Enter through the gate on the left side of the house and down the walkway. Your assigned parking space in the driveway is directly in front of this gate. The driveway is shared so please park on your side.

Boasting a 92 on the walk scale, a car in not necessary for your stay. But if you have one, you're a 15 minute drive to downtown San Francisco and less than an hour away from wine tasting in Napa Valley.

Walk out the front door and you're steps to College Avenue.

Turn left onto College for an easy 15 minute walk to UC Berkeley Campus, or to enjoy Elmwood's lovely collection of shops and restaurants.

Turn right onto College Avenue and your a short walk away to the Rockridge, A bustling neighborhood full of restaurants, specialty markets, shops, and pubs.

Hospital, public library (remodeled in 2012), park, playground, post office, banks all three blocks or less away.

Bus stop just steps around the corner. It is a 5 minute bus ride to UC Berkeley Campus and it's campus shuttle.

8 minute bus ride (15 min walk) to the Rockridge Bart Station.

Hop on BART for quick and convenient transportation through-out the Bay Area and San Francisco. With Connections to both SFO (San Francisco Int'l Airport) and OAK (Oakland International Airport).
