Welcome to our cozy and stylish short-term rental located on the scenic shores of Lake Texoma. Whether you're planning a weekend escape, a family vacation, or a fishing trip, our property offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure.
Family-friendly layout - peaceful neighborhood close to the lake - great for multiple families - sleeps up to 14 guests - 2 kitchen/living room areas - 2 patios - firepit, Blackstone, sand box, games and toys.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place used towels in the bathtub
Remove bedding and leave on the bed
Leave through the back yard door – push the lock button to lock the door
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
