Ladies Retreat

We had plenty of room. The location was great, able to walk a short distance and be at the beach. Restaurants were very close by.

A great family vacation home

The house was in a great location, close to restaurants and beach access. The house was perfectly clean upon arrival. The multiple living areas was great for kids having their own space. Would definitely stay again.

It was very clean when we got there and it was in a very good location. However, our last night there the breaker flipped upstairs. We called someone and they sent someone to look at it and nothing could be done. The person I spoke with said that we would receive money back because we went a whole night without any power upstairs. I have not heard anything back about receiving money back and would not stay here again due to the lack of communication.

Family Vacation and Race HQ

Great for large family and close friends in a pleasant community during the "off-season." Check in and check out were easy and seamless, worth the fees. AC was a little frustrating, but worked well once you get the hang of it (all on same mode and assign to one family member to make any changes!). Loved this older home that's been thoroughly remodeled. Close to the beach. Great areas to run. Lots of good seafood. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. We found it convenient for exploring coastal Georgia from Savannah to St. Mary's.

Great location but house needs work

This house is in a great location! You can walk to beaches and several restaurants. Lots of parking. House is spacious with several living rooms and bedrooms. However, the bathrooms all had issues. One upstairs sink was completely clogged, very low water pressure and all the drains were very slow. Walls were very dirty, the bannister was loose and unstable—my mother in law fell and hurt her knee because of it. Heating units on lower level don’t all work. There are some GREAT rentals in SSI but this one needs improvements.
