We highly recommend you catch the Sassy Peach spirit and get transported to relaxing Island time. Wake up and enjoy breakfast on your private porch. Stroll over to the beaches, pier or Neptune park under the canopy of the Spanish moss covered live oaks. You and your friends can enjoy splashing in the heated pool. Or mosey over to nearby beaches. In the evening, walk over to one of the Village’s many fine eateries or put everyone to work in the huge fully equipped kitchen, cooking up Low Country Boil for the entire clan! For dessert hop and skip over to Moo Cow, the best ice cream on the island, just a stone’s throw away.

Sassy Peach Cottage melds charm and space: 5 Bedroom/5 Bathroom (featuring two master suites), gourmet kitchen, amazing great room where the whole family can gather. There is also plenty of space for separate activities, send the kids to the 3rd story suite. The third floor suite has a family room with TV/fridge/microwave/games. All three levels boast private porches with ceiling fans. It is sooooo easy to relax, slow down and smell the azaleas on Island time.

What is "Island Time," you might be thinking. Island Time is that that singular wink in time when your soul knows paradise is found. You know you’ve (inexorably and for the moment) left the rat race behind. You wake up to the soothing sounds of the surf and birds singing, rather than at the shrill shriek of an alarm clock. Wonderful house in a fantastic location! Easy walk to either town or where the beach begins. Plenty of parking, whether on site or just down the street (if you have more than 3 large cars). Kitchen was very well equipped, having everything we needed to cook a New Year’s Day meal. The heated pool worked flawlessly in cool weather. Top floor is a perfect area for families with small children. Communication with hosts was easy. Highly recommend!

The location of this home is fantastic, and the hosts are accommodating. The pool is excellent, and the bedrooms are large. Kitchen is well-equipped. The entrance, back door, and backyard need a power wash and weeding (we sent a son to go get a weed eater for the side yard). Love the third floor!

We had a wonderful weekend at your beautiful home. We took my 80 year old mom for a weekend at the beach. The house for the 9 of us perfect with room to spare and the pool have the little kids something to do while we drank our coffee. In the evening the adults enjoyed the heated pool, might have to visit again in the cooler weather. My only thought to improve upon the pool area would be some kind of hand rail to hold onto as you get in. We had to be extra careful and help my Mom in the pool. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.
