Late check-out departure will result in a fine unless otherwise approved by Host explicitly in writing, in advance. Please negotiate late check out requests before arrival.
Place trash in the garage, BLACK bin is all trash. BLUE bin is recycleables only. Never put trash outside the house, ever, due to wildlife concerns.

I am from Lake Tahoe. I love this cozy mountain retreat! I love being a host as I get to play tour guide recommending activities, great photo locations, local insider tips, and meeting new people. I have managed this house for 6 years now, recently expanding to VRBO platform so that even more guests can enjoy the area.
Why they chose this property
I love that the back yard feels like you're really in the mountains. We love how the home is walking distance to cafe, bagel shop, and restaurants. Super convenient access to a myriad of activities, outdoor fun, casino gaming, shows, and more! You are near to ski resorts, golfing, live music, dining, and family friendly activities like snow tubing, sledding, Heavenly Village, hiking trails, and beaches.
What makes this property unique
Fire pit apres-ski vibes in the foresty back yard! This cozy home is in neighborhood with beautiful alpine views and quiet streets, towering Sierra Nevada pine trees everywhere, and lots of space in front driveway. The back yard is pretty large, its own nature adventure with native Tahoe alpine landscaping, BBQ grille, patio furniture, hammock in summer, fully fenced. The house has a wide open floorplan, 4 beds, awesome kitchen, remodeled laundry room/mud room, wine cooler, fireplace, dedicated workspace, huge Master Bedroom Closet, two car garage (optional), room darkening shades for good sleep, and excellent internet Wi-Fi speed.
