2. Maximum occupancy 10
3. Guests are allowed parking for 3 vehicles (1 Garage, 1 full size and 1 small size in driveway).
4. Parking permits must always be displayed on the driver’s side of the dashboard.
5. Quiet hours will be strictly enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM.
6. The guest who rents must be 25 years of age or older.
7. The guest who rents must provide a photocopy of his or her driver’s license.
