Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath Condo close to beach, restaurants and convention center!

Beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 bath Condo located 2 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk and beach on a quiet street. The unit was just renovated with new Flooring, Freshly Painted and new recliner couches and coffee table. This comfortable and well equipped unit is setup to accommodate families of 8 or less with bedding for 6 adults. Booking is restricted to those 27 and older. During the summer rental season minimum stays of 4 or 5 nights is usually required. The unit has a garage below the unit with parking available for up to 3 cars off street parking. In the Garage you will find beach chairs, Umbrellas, Buggie boards, children's beach toys, wheeled cart to bring items to the beach and other items for the Beach. Condo is located in the center of it all, a short walk to the convention center, beaches, boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, bus station, ect...

Unit is equipped with a full kitchen with all modern appliances, gas range, coffee maker, dishwasher, and pots/pans/dishes/utensils for 8 or more people. Dining area table has seating for eight people.

The unit has sleeping accommodations for up to eight people as follows:

Master bedroom has a new pillow top queen size bed and new bed frame.

2nd Bedroom has a new pillow top Queen size bed

3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed, a twin size bed and a rollaway bed

Unit has a large flat screen HD LED Smart TV in the living room area and wall mounted Smart LED TV's in all the Bdrms. Some of the other amenities are, Wi-Fi, washer/drier, CAC, covered deck area with a patio set, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and games.

Loved our stay

My family and I loved our stay. The condo was clean, spacious and in a great location. In Walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants etc. Maria made it easy and carefree to rent and check in. The street was quiet and had plenty of parking. I only wish we stayed longer. I would highly recommend.

Though we live on Long Island, NY we have been going to the Wildwoods for over 30 years now. Our two sons have practically grown up in the wildwoods. We had owned a Beach Block 1-bedroom unit in North Wildwood for close to 30 years and then purchased this unit in 2012 to keep the fun going and are now listing it for others to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

One of the main reasons we purchased this unit is that it was so well kept by the previous owner and was on a very quiet safe block close to all things Wildwood has to offer. The deck was recently redone and the interior is very comfortable with all the amenities of home.

What makes this property unique

The unit was just renovated in March of 2026 with new floors, freshly painted and new power recliner Couches and coffee table. When we can, my husband and I enjoy going down during the winter to the local Restaurant's and Bars and just relaxing. If you want to go to AC or Cape May and don't want to drive then buses are located just a block and a half away. We are pretty centrally located for everything Wildwood has to offer.
