The kitchen opens onto a large, private deck and lawn perfect for croquet, badminton, or lounging. The second floor has two bedrooms and a spacious bath. The finished basement bunk room sleeps 2-4 children. Enjoy Madaket Harbor sunsets, the calm waters of Nantucket Sound, moorlands conservation, all nearby. The surf beaches of Madaket are easily accessible by bike or shuttle bus. Two exclusive tennis courts, bike path, and public transportation to beach or Town are steps away. Sand chairs, coolers, and beach towels are included. Owners are in residence in the rear cottage.

Surrounded by nature-rich conservation land, Fisher’s Landing is a tranquil and peaceful area of Nantucket. Located off Madaket Road, but about three miles from Madaket, you'll find less people and less traffic than many other parts of the island, making it a great place for a private vacation rental.
