The property consists of a main house plus pool house for maximum enjoyment. Renovated with multi-family fun and comfort in mind, your time at 30 Tashama can be spent lounging poolside or in the hot tub, sitting around the fire pit or deck, dining al fresco, or hanging out in a number of well thought out living spaces. The house includes a Sonos system, gym space with weights and a Peloton bike, as well as a Big Green Egg and gas grill on the deck.
The main house has 6 bedrooms and 4 full (2 en-suite) and one half bathrooms. The poolhouse main floor has an open lounge room with one full and one half bath, and a full one bed/one bath apartment upstairs.
