THE FIRST FLOOR
Enter to the shiplap hall that opens to a sun drenched, open concept, great room which includes state-of-the-art white kitchen (Wolf stove/oven, Subzero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, granite countertops), dining room that seats 10 and living room. Highly sought after spacious master bedroom with King bed and en suite bath with separate bath tub to the left of the entrance hall. Tiled Mudroom with powder room and washer/dryer/utility sink to the right of the entrance hall.
SECOND FLOOR
A grand staircase leads up to 3 large bedrooms, all en-suite. The spacious master bedroom boasts a king bed, en-suite bath with double vanity and walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds, en-suite bathrooms and oversized closet space.

We had an amazing time at 6.5 Winn. The house is beautiful, very well maintained, close to town, and great for kids. Every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom which was amazing as we were a large family. The pool was a hit with the kids. I would highly recommend staying here! We will be back again!

Great house for a large group
We were thrilled with the house. Lots of space, and full bathrooms in every bedroom made it ideal for our group with numerous couples and toddlers. Easy walking distance to downtown. Check-in was easy, and the property manager was very helpful and responsive to questions throughout our stay.

This house is the best! It is so spacious and well designed. Each bedroom felt private and the main living areas were big enough for everyone to hang out. The house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need! The pool was always heated and the kids loved it. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Amazing spot - Nantucket is 48 square miles and this location is walkable from downtown, if eager. The interior space is fantastic, all new with plenty of bathrooms and overall extremely comfortable. We would rent here again

Lovely modern house in great location
We had a great week at this beautiful house. We loved the easy walks into town or to Cisco Brewery and short bike rides to northern and southern beaches. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well laid out (with ensuite bathrooms for all). We loved the easy to use and warm pool too.

Our group of 10 had a fantastic vacation on nantucket. The home manager and owners we very communicative and quick to respond/resolve an issue we had with the pool. You can not beat the location if you want some space + pool with in walking distance to town. Would recommend and come back!

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay on Nantucket. The house was perfect for three couples with room to spare. Each couple had a king suite on a separate level of the home. Well appointed kitchen and proximity to town (10-15 min walk) made dining in and out a breeze. We also enjoyed the pool a few afternoons. We will be back!
