Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify that the check-in instructions are clearly detailed in the listing and are also sent prior to arrival. We did receive two calls at the beginning, and as soon as we saw them, we responded and assisted promptly. The property has a self-check-in system specifically to make arrivals simple and convenient. Regarding noise, this is a private room inside a family home, as stated in the description. While we maintain a respectful and calm environment, occasional normal household sounds may be heard. However, we do feel that the level of difficulty described does not accurately reflect the overall experience. We are glad you found the property clean and well kept, as we take great pride in maintaining high standards.

Regarding the points you mentioned: this is a private room designed mainly for resting and sleeping, which is also reflected in the listing. The TV size and setup are a personal preference, but we’ll definitely keep it in mind for future improvements. As for water pressure, we consistently maintain the plumbing and will double-check it again. About the sound: the room does share an interior wall with the main home, and while we do our best to keep a calm, respectful environment, normal household sounds can sometimes be heard.
