Elegant and cozy apartment, located in Kastel Stari, is an ideal place for a break from everyday stress, surrounded on two sides by greenery and has a wonderful sea view, with spacious beautiful garden and large heated pool.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the family house and can accommodate up to 5 persons and has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. Sleeping is in three bedrooms and in the living room. Two bedrooms have a double bed each and the third bedroom has a single bed. One person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

From the living area and two bedrooms you have direct access to the spacious terrace from were you can also enjoy the amazing sea and pool view. This apartment features free WiFi and 2 air conditions.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you could need during your holiday (dishwasher, fridge, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine). In the bathroom you can find washing machine, towels, soap, shampoo, bath shower, hair-dryer). Bedding is available too. Free private parking is available.

Apartment is situated 2 km from the beautiful beaches in Kaštel Stari.
The train station is a 3 minute walk from the apartment. The train can take you to the center of Split in about 20 minutes.

-es war wirklich alles vorhanden, von Duschbad, Waschmittel über Müllbeutel bis Mückenstecker - herzliches Willkommen durch Vermieterin (kroatischer Wein und Kekse standen im Kühlschrank👍) - grosse Terrasse mit grandiosem Blick auf die Adria - wir durften frisches Gemüse aus dem Garten ernten - durch das Vorhandensein der Waschmaschine (kostenfreie Benutzung) hatten wir viel weniger Kleidung und Strandtücher mit - Klimaanlage leider nur im Wohnzimmer, in den Schlafzimmern standen Ventilator zur Verfügung - es fehlen im Bad und Küche noch zusätzliche Haken für Handtücher/Geschirrtücher Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser Wohnung gefühlt, auch wenn in der Nähe des Hauses die Eisenbahnstrecke lang führte. Nachts kein Zugverkehr.

Sehr schönes Haus mit wunderbarem Ausblick!

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Kassel Stari. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und stilvoll Eingerichtet. Von der Balkone hat man einen wundervollen Ausblick auf das Meer, Die Berge und auf die Stadt Split. Jede Woche wird frische Wäsche vom Vermieter gestellt. Der Eigentümer ist jederzeit Ansprechbar und hilft gerne weiter. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

EEN PRACHT APPARTEMENT IN EEN PRACHTLAND

Het appartement is een absolute aanrader. Het geeft alles en meer wat de foto's beloven. Het is ruim en heeft alle comfort. Het is ook ontzettend netjes, verzorgd en proper. Het terras met uitzicht is een zaligheid waar men volledig tot rust kan komen en genieten van het uitzicht. Het beschikt bovendien ook nog over een grote tuin met BBQ. De eigenares, Tijana, is bijzonder behulpzaam en begaan met het welzijn van haar gasten, zonder opdringerig te zijn. Kastel is nog niet te druk en toeristisch en een prima uitvalsbasis om Split en de verschillende eilanden te verkennen. EEN AANRADER!

It is ideal for socializing with your friends and enjoying in your meals with a glass of good wine. A beautiful garden in front of the house has 800 square meters, surrounded by olive trees, walnut and almond trees, making it the perfect place for people who loves a peaceful holiday.

A train is 300 m away from the house and will take you to the city center for 20 minutes.
