Bedroom 1: King bed, A/C, and a digital safe.

Bedroom 2 (Loft Style): Queen bed on the lower level, A/C, and two twin beds upstairs, accessible via steep wooden stairs. (Please check the photos to ensure it suits your group.)

The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably.

Villaggio 376 is located in Villaggio 3, a peaceful gated community in Playa Potrero. You’re close to restaurants, mini markets, beaches, and plenty of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and water sports.

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary welcome package with essentials such as coffee, sugar, salt pepper, toilet paper, toiletries (body wash, shampoo conditioner), hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets (where applicable). These items are provided as a starter supply.

Important to Know

It is not possible to park directly in front of the property (parking lot 5 min from the house).

There are no stairs in the house, except one entry step and the stairs to the loft sleeping area.

The primary guest must be 21 years or older to book.

This home is intended for responsible groups parties and events are not permitted.

Smoking is not allowed on the property.

Pets are not permitted.
