Casa Rex Bucerias is located in the center of Bucerias and Bucerias is in the center of the Bay of Banderas making all amenities convenient and all of other destinations of the Riviera Nayarit reachable from buses two blocks away. Bucerias is safe and integrated - locals and expats appreciate one another, collaborate and enjoy beach life together.

What makes this property unique

Casa Rex Bucerias may be one of only a dozen homes near Bucerias Centro that is private (not in a crowded housing devekopment), quiet (sitting above the sounds of el centro) and having two extremely large outdoor spaces: a fruiting tropical forest and a west-facing terrace.
