Bucerias is safe and integrated - locals and expats appreciate one another, collaborate and enjoy beach life together.

Casa Rex Bucerias may be one of only a dozen homes near Bucerias Centro that is private (not in a crowded housing devekopment), quiet (sitting above the sounds of el centro) and having two extremely large outdoor spaces: a fruiting tropical forest and a west-facing terrace.
