Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating & air.

Off-street parking for one vehicles + ample free and metered street parking in the neighborhood.

Washer & dryer on-site for easy laundry during your stay.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire condo, including the bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen and the comfort of the living area. You'll also have access to the community outdoor pools (seasonal availability - typically late May to early September) and hot tubs, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. On-site parking for one vehicle is provided. Please note that the washer and dryer are available for use within the building's common areas.

For those arriving by air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 1-hour drive away. Consider using ride-sharing services or taxis for direct transportation to and from the airport. If you prefer to explore the area by bike, there are several rental shops close by, allowing you to enjoy the scenic bike paths along the seawall. Walking is also a great way to experience the local shops, restaurants, and attractions, as many are within easy reach from the condo.

This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes. PET POLICY: This property is strictly “no pets,” Guests traveling with a trained service animal should contact us prior to booking so we can ensure the best suitable accommodation. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: To book this property, the primary guest must be 25+ years old. The booking guest must personally occupy the property for the full stay and may not reserve on behalf of others. Any fraudulent, third-party, or underage booking may be cancelled immediately without refund and may result in removal from the property without notice. SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area. QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy. NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground).
