To keep the experience amazing for every guest (bachelorette crews, families, beach besties, and everyone in between), we ask that you please review these simple guidelines.

👤 Who Can Book
• The primary guest must be 25+ and staying the entire trip.
• This person takes responsibility for the whole group — whether it's a girls’ weekend, a family getaway, or a wedding crew getting ready for the big day.

🐶 Pet-Free Home
We love your furry friends, but pets are not allowed at the Key Lime Cottage.
Bringing a pet (including ESAs) requires immediate departure + fees.

🔇 Quiet Hours
We want all our guests (and our neighbors) to enjoy a peaceful stay.
Destin observes a 10:00 PM noise ordinance, which means no audible outdoor noise after 10 PM.
Late-night laughter and fun are absolutely welcome inside — we just ask that all outdoor areas stay quiet after 10 to keep the neighborhood happy. Thank you for being respectful!

✍️ Rental Agreement
After booking, you’ll receive our digital rental agreement. Please sign within 48 hours — it makes check-in smooth and gets you all the arrival info you'll need.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM

🔐 Easy Self Check-In
Your personalized door code arrives automatically at check-in time. No keys, no stress.

🛠 Accidental Damage Coverage
Your reservation includes accidental damage protection or a security hold. If something happens, just message us with a quick photo.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping
Absolutely no smoking, vaping, drugs, or firearms inside the home or on balconies/patios.

👶 Guest Count
All guests count toward occupancy — including infants and children.
Exceeding the max occupancy can violate fire code and will result in removal without refund. (We want everyone safe and comfy!)

🪪 ID Verification
We require all guests to verify their identity before check-in.

Pool heating is an additional $45/day. Please give us at least 48 hours notice!

💚 Departure Made Simple
You’re on vacation — not doing chores!
Before heading out, we only ask:
• Remove trash & leftover food
• Start the dishwasher
We’ll handle the rest — you just head home with sandy toes, happy memories, and safe travels.
