The property was awesome! It was just as advertised and was perfect for our large group. The bbq could use some TLC. You will need to shop for basics, but that’s clear ahead of time. The golf cart was essential and the location was great for things to do in Destin. We’d all stay again, it was comfortable, plenty of space, and great to have rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Host sent reminders for items to remember and were responsive. We had a blast and would definitely come back!

Nice house! Nice neighborhood! We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the house. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great and the host was responsive. One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide a bit of toilet paper and shampoo to get guests started, which would make the stay even more convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this property

Decent stay. A few negatives for sure. Pool deck was poor. Dirty looking and couch was very dirty. Almost looked moldy. A lot of imperfections in the house. Ceiling fan upstairs was broken and was never fixed. Poor communication when it came to that. A lot of the doors in the house wouldn’t stay closed or would roll open. Trash was in the pool when we arrived. Stuff leftover from previous guest remained on cement around pool. Rafts were popped and pool noodles broken. Remote in living room was dead and you could only operate fan with switch but the light remained on because the remote was dead. Grill barely worked and we couldn’t even cook dinner on it. One of the burners must have been broken. Other than that the bedrooms were nice and we were able to check in on time. Beds were comfortable and well maintained.

Overall, the house was great for our large family. It was nice that each family had a private room & bathroom. The house felt clean and was as advertised. There were a few things though that impacted our stay. The house lost power multiple times, including during the evening when we were in the middle of cooking dinner. (There were no storms during our stay) It took around 2hrs for the power to come back on so we were not able to finish cooking our meal. The grill was also hit or miss. Sometimes it would work and other times it would not. The night we had prepared burgers to cook, it would not work. Very frustrating. Thankfully we had brought a skillet from home and used that to cook the burgers, but it took twice as long as it would’ve on the grill. The back patio could also use some work, especially the outdoor couch. The cushions were very dirty and worn out. Lastly, the driveway is very small and the neighborhood parking rules are pretty strict. It made It very hard for people to come and go. We were constantly having to shuffle cars around to let people out or to take the golf cart somewhere. We still had a great time though and the neighborhood was very nice. Easy access to the nearby beaches.

Back yard needed mowing. Ceiling fan broken in upstairs front bedroom. I sent a text message about it not working and was told someone would be by next day to fix and no one ever showed up or if they did I wasn’t notified. Fan couldn’t be used.
