Modern apt with a balcony viewing the city center
The apartment size is cca 40 m2 and is on the first floor of an old house located in an old part of Split called Manuš. Very comfortable, easy access, completely restored with new interior furnishing and decorating. It has one bedroom with sweet bathroom, and also separate living room with nice kitchen.
Newly renovated apartment is located very close (3 minutes walk) to the UNESCO world heritage site - the Diocletians Palace.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, deep freezer, stove, oven, toaster, microwave oven and all the needed cooking utensils.
Wi-Fi Internet access, clean bed linen and towels and city tax are all included in the price.
