This cottage enjoys a sunny living area that is perfect for gatherings and relaxing while taking in the impressive ocean views in the distance. You will find a well-appointed kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave, stovetop, toaster, and a coffee maker - it has all the essentials to prepare delicious homemade meals for you and your guest. The cottage does provide free WiFi. Outside, the extensive deck provides you with a wonderful spot to enjoy the ocean breeze while dining alfresco.

The Perched on the Bluff-Casita shares its property with the main house, the two can be rented together as Perched on the Bluff-Main Home and Studio Cottage
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This property is located on an ocean bluff. Please use caution when near the bluff's edge.
