The Pacifica Suite at Cypress Cove is located directly across the Bay from the quaint village of Mendocino. Just a short mile south of Mendocino this outstanding location is set on the oceanfront bluffs of Chapman Point, a natural curve of land that reaches out into the Pacific and a twin to the Mendocino Headlands. The Mendocino Bay setting has dramatic views of the ocean and a direct view of the Mendocino Village across the Bay.

The Pacifica Suite has a luxurious bath with a spa tub, a deck with dramatic ocean views and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. The Pacifica suite is upstairs and has a full kitchen, equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, a sink, a toaster, a coffee pot and a microwave. This suite is ideal for those preferring to cook while enjoying the stunning Oceanfront views.

*** Make no mistake on this property, the view is the best on the north coast, here is the general theme of all our reviews, and we have been told on many occasions " Pictures don't begin to depict the value of the view from this property".

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is 11am. Cleaning is scheduled and a late departure will cause a disruption in service. • Wash and put away used dishes, trash and food waste placed in garbage cans under sink.
Do not leave the property with a fire unattended - this can be dangerous! Do not start a fire the morning of departure. -Used Towels should be placed in the bathtub.
Make sure all doors, sliding doors and windows are locked. Front entry door hit “Lock Button” from inside the suite. - Turn off heaters. - Check closets, drawers for personal belongings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Instant booking must still be approved. If owner decides It is not a good fit then the traveler is required to cancel the reservation. (See policies)
Children (including infants) are NOT ALLOWED. Due to Insurance policies and bluff location. (See policies).
Dogs under 25lbs only. Must be approved by owner. Require a pic of your adorable pup. Do not leave dogs alone/unattended. (See policies).

Hosts were very helpful! Everything was well stocked! View is spectacular! Very quiet. We had several days of 20 miles an hour of wind, nothing to be done about that. The apartment was drafty during those times, though. Great stay!

What a lovely rental. We absolutely loved this place. The views were unbeatable and the location was remote and quiet. It was so easy to get to everything we wanted to do and so comfortable to just stay in the nights we wanted to just relax. I highly recommend this place and I am sure we will be back. We have stayed here before and love just relaxing and enjoying the view. We ate most of our meals out and went to the Festival of Lights at the Botanical Gardens in Ft. Bragg. Walked on the beach, and around town. We'll come back again. It's a wonderful place to stay.
