This fabulous 5th floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath Villamare villa is located in Palmetto Dunes. Relax and enjoy listening to the waves of the Atlantic from the two private balconies accessible from both bedrooms, as well as the living room. The kitchen offers granite counters, attractive cabinets, and seating for four at the breakfast bar. The comfortable living room features a flat-screen television and a queen sleeper sofa. The king master suite offers a private bathroom, handsome cabinetry, granite counters, and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom is outfitted with two queen beds and the private bathroom offers granite counters with a lovely tub/shower combination. This is a wonderful villa for your family vacation!

Villamare is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Atlantic Ocean and it's convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head offers. In addition to its fabulous location, Villamare also offers an on-site fitness center, an indoor heated pool, as well as two gorgeous oceanfront pools. You can't go wrong with Villamare!

* FULL REPLACEMENT OF THE COURTYARD WALKWAY SYSTEM WITH NEW PAVERS. Inquire with any questions.
• Phase 1 (Spring 2026): Starting Monday, March 2, demolition of the walkways along Building 3 courtyard will begin. During this phase:
• Both grand staircases at Building 3 will be closed.
• Guests will be able to access the area using the Disney-side walkway of Building 3.
Beginning the following Monday, March 9, demolition will begin on the courtyard side of Building 1. During this phase:
• The Building 1 grand staircase will be closed.
• Guests will need to use the road-side walkway to access the beach and pool areas.
The project is scheduled for completion by April 1, pending weather conditions or any unforeseen delays. We will continue to provide updates should the timeline change.

Palmetto Dunes Beach Trip

More attention to detail than any other rental!

The condo was well-decorated and -furnished. The app made accessing info super easy. We had tons of bath towels & beach towels. What was most impressive to us was the little goodie bag of essentials — dish soap, multiple trash bags, detergent, etc — alongside the Bluetooth speaker & the keepsake bag. This management company & owner did a great job with this rental!

Property manager kept us up to date & informed regarding the property, car pass, access code, information for stay. View was great. Property was as stated. Parking was easy. Beach access was great as well as pool. would stay again.

Clean, comfortable and well-appointed condo. Convenient location for golfing, beach access and restaurants. Only negative was that the pool was closed due to construction.

Great condo!

This is a great property with lots of nice features. The only negative was the WIFI was very inadequate. Streaming movies on the TV was very spotty. However, I would recommend this property, and we will stay here again.

We have stayed at Villamare many times and love the property and layout. Our room was nice but just had a few issues this time. We had 1 child in our party and we met other family there as well. The adult pool was heated however the main pool for families was not. Therefore my granddaughter could not enjoy the pool due to water being too cold. Both pools should be heated at this time of year. Other pools in the area already have the pools heated. Also, we were told 2 hours before arriving that our balcony would not be accessible due to maintenance work being done to the building (painting). Property mgr did offer to move us to another complex all together but the rest of our family was staying at Villamare. My mom, who went with us, went specifically to enjoy balcony and read as she can not get out and go to pool or ocean. She was not able to enjoy her stay. She had to sit in the room each day.

Lovely place with ocean views!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beach front community. The photos shown in the listing are exactly what we got. There were a few minor frustrations - issues with the TV remotes (user error?); the lights over the dining table flickered a few times (new bulbs needed?); and the kitchen wasn't as stocked as much as other places we've stayed. Ex: We went out and bought oven mitts. However, we were still able to cook our meals and were very happy to have the Keurig. And the IMPORTANT THINGS were top notch: VERY CLEAN, COMFORTABLE SEATING FOR EVERYONE, LARGE UPDATED BATHROOMS and MORE! Loved our vacation - especially having two balconies, each of which had an ocean view. We recommend this property. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place

Condo is beautifully decorated with great ocean views. It was very comfortable size for 5 adults. Kitchen stocked well. Complimentary toiletries for first few days. Also included is credit for either bike rental or beach equipment and 2 hours of court time daily. Palmetto Dunes is beautiful and centrally located on island. There is a few restaurants within walking distance on the property. Our favorite was on the beach called The Dunes. Airport is a quick 13 min drive. Shuttle to Shelter Cove was convenient. Coligny Plaza has lots of stores, restaurants and shopping. Sea Pines also the same but there is a $9 charge to enter the property. We are looking forward to our next trip back and would love to stay in same unit. One warning which the owners have no control over, the elevator is very slow. Otherwise perfect spot!

Great property, great service and good value

First of all, the property management is exceptional. They are very responsive and timely. Secondly, the location of the property is amazing. Finally, it is a good value. Overall I will recommend this place for a stay. We stayed for a week. BUT the following items shall be considered as external facts which most of the reviewers will OMIT. I could not!!! There are 4 things which 2 of them are not in the control of the managing company. Common area problems: The elevators of the building are often out. And this unit is at the top floor. If you have infants or toddlers, it will be hassle to go up and down. There are 4 grills to use. 2 of them are out. 1 of the working ones is an under performer. Addressable Issues: In the second bedroom, there are 2 queen beds. The mattresses are awful. Going on a one week vacation at a premium price and coming back with a backache due to the mattress is not a fun thing. I think the property manager can pursue the owner to replace 2 queen mattresses. They can afford it. Final issue are the screen doors of the balcony, they need to be replaced. The wheels are out.

A Great Getaway!

Breast Cancer Walk Weekend

This property was perfect for all of our needs we were in Hilton head for a long weekend to do a 30 mile breast Cancer walk and this condo was centrally located and perfect for all our needs the rooms are spacious reviews were amazing and we loved relaxing in the hot tub after our walk this is our second time staying here and we will definitely be staying here again

Pretty place, not kid friendly

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach is beautiful and we had a great week, until the last day when some older residents/members of the complex hoa harassed us over our children being in the hot tub for a cumulative 10 minutes. They called the police 3 times within one afternoon although our children exited the hot tub when they initially yelled at us for letting them into an “adult area”. Countless children had been in and out of the hot tub for the duration of our stay. When these people approached and began name calling and raising their voices, our children were frightened and exited the hot tub(6 year old started crying), but these individuals came back multiple times to my husband and I to point fingers in our faces and tell us we were bad parents for letting our children break the rules. They later sat on their balcony and called police to the pool any time kids walked near the hot tub. We have stayed at complexes within Palmetto Dunes area for years (Captain’s Walk and Hampton Place) and have never had an experience like this.
