This attractive 4th floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath Villamare villa is located in Palmetto Dunes. It offers a lovely angled view of the ocean. Relax and enjoy listening to the waves of the Atlantic from two private balconies, accessible from both bedrooms and the living room!

Villamare is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Atlantic Ocean and it's convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head offers. In addition to its fabulous location, Villamare also offers an on-site fitness center, an indoor heated pool, as well as two gorgeous oceanfront pools. You can't go wrong with Villamare!

* FULL REPLACEMENT OF THE COURTYARD WALKWAY SYSTEM WITH NEW PAVERS. Inquire with any questions.
• Phase 1 (Spring 2026): Starting Monday, March 2, demolition of the walkways along Building 3 courtyard will begin. During this phase:
• Both grand staircases at Building 3 will be closed.
• Guests will be able to access the area using the Disney-side walkway of Building 3.
Beginning the following Monday, March 9, demolition will begin on the courtyard side of Building 1. During this phase:
• The Building 1 grand staircase will be closed.
• Guests will need to use the road-side walkway to access the beach and pool areas.
The project is scheduled for completion by April 1, pending weather conditions or any unforeseen delays. We will continue to provide updates should the timeline change.

We enjoyed the property for a quick getaway. Pool area was nice and proximity to beach and center island activities and dining were great. Only issue was elevators went out and we had to carry our bags down 4 flights of stairs at checkout.

Great Vacation Getaway!

One of the best condos we have stayed in at Hilton Head. Beautiful decor and lots of amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo and will definitely stay here again. We have stayed in Palmetto Dunes for years but at other condo units and this one was the best!

Super Great Spot!

Our family comes back to this Villamare every year and this specific location provided another great seamless experience! The vacation rental company even came with a credit to rent bikes on the island that they deliver to you, which was really fun! 100% would rent again.

You can tell the owners have tried to keep the place up as things were pretty modern throughout the unit. The housekeepers didn’t do the owners any favors but the management company did their best to make it right, so I have to give partial credit there.

The property was beautiful, clean, and RIGHT ON THE BEACH! The checkin/check out process was simple, location was perfect. I have zero complaints. The garbage disposal wasn't working at one point, I called and told them, and it was fixed within hours. Great communication and customer service!

Exactly as described. Steps to pool and ocean. Condo is perfect for sharing with friends with the split design. Everything was thought of and we didn't need a thing. Would definately consider staying again in the near future.

Delightful Palmetto Dunes location and condo

We had an amazing stay in this 2BR condo in Villamare. Unit is just as advertised. Nice access to the beach, pretty pool. Condo was neat and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils to make the stay easy. Both bedrooms are large. Rental also came with credit to rent chairs and bikes which was awesome. Large TVs with YouTube TV and access to other apps. Complex is well positioned with great access to tennis courts, walking and biking paths, and a place to rent kayaks and canoes. We will certainly be back to Villamare and would gladly rent this unit again.

The condo was very nice but too many steps for us in our 80’s. And the walk to the beach was way too long. That’s what we like Villamarie. This place was just not suited for senior citizens. We were exhausted every day. I have lung issues and those steps were unbearable! I couldn’t wait for the week to be over. It ruined our vacation. I think the maintenance should not have been started because they knew we were coming. We were very disappointed by the circumstances. Don’t know if we will ever go back. Too exhausting!!

Clean Condo and Great Pool Amenity

The condo was very clean, had fresh towels/bedding and was tidy when we arrived. We were impressed by the new renovation of the pool area and the condo has easy access to the ocean. We received a bike credit which was very nice, as we rode bikes everyday. The only downside is that the condo is not ocean nor beach front which we would prefer, however, we were aware of this up front when booking. We would definitely recommend otherwise!

Definitely no ocean view. Very outdated. Makes you seem like you are in a hotel room instead of a condo. Elevators were constantly breaking down. Ocean/beach is nice. Good proximity to restaurants, etc. But condo itself needs updates.

May 2024 vacation

The unit was nice, but there were some minor things that needed attention. For example, the small cracks in the windows in the great room. Also the small curtain rod on the master bedroom door on the right side needs fixed at the bottom. Aside from those couple things inside, the pool was closed on the Friday of our week the majority of the day. We feel that maintenance should have been done at an off time, not prime time of the day. We highly enjoy the villamare resort and plan on visiting there again this n the future.

Great location in Palmetto Dunes

This condo is a great location in Palmetto Dunes (Villamare). The property manager was great to work with and reached out to us by phone after we made our last minute trip reservation. The condo was clean and had nice amenities. There were beach towels available for us to use. It was great also to have access to the indoor pool during our stay. It’s a short walk to the beach. There are partial ocean views from the balcony/windows.

Spring Break Getaway

Overall rating would have been “excellent” however these items may need some attention first: -Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced -Refrigerator at times was incredibly noisy -MWF “wake up “call at 7:20 by Garbage Removal company. Other than that our stay was great but if those items were addressed it could be perfect.
