We boast the best location on the island. Our newly renovated unit is located on the first floor above the open-air parking garage. One bedroom, king size bed, walk-in closet, fully stocked kitchen, and beach towels included. Smart TV, Bosch dishwasher, keyless entry, on-site laundry. Enjoy drinks and dolphin watch on our two lanais located off the bedroom and living areas. Or watch a beautiful sunset each evening under our deck and two chickee huts. Publix Supermarket directly across the street as well as two fine dining restaurants behind Publix at the Snook Bight Marina. The beach trolley stops at our door to take you north to Times Square and Bowditch Park, or south to Santini Plaza and Lovers Key Park. Water activities on the island include jet skiing, parasailing, wind surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating. Or explore the island by bicycle, a leisurely walk on the beach for fantastic shelling and bird watching.

Fort Myers Beach has been totally renourished and planted with vegetation to stabalize dunes and prevent erosion.
Publix Supermarket is directly across the street. Enjoy fine dining at restaurants Junkanoo Below Deck and Fresh Catch Bistro right behind Publix at the Snook Bight Marina where you can rent boats or board for dolphin cruises. The beach trolley stops right at our door to take you south to Lovers Key State Park or north to Bowditch Point, traveling past Times Square for evening activities and many bars and restaurants.
