Having the gate locked at check-in with no code and having to leave messages HOPING someone calls back after a long trip and at night was not a great experience. To see in the reviews that someone else has already had this problem is troubling. The house was accurate to the listing and enjoyable.

I have never written a review, on any property, for anything! BUT this is a must!The pictures don't tell the story...IT IS SO MUCH BETTER! This home and property is outstanding on every level. Fully updated and modern: Dimmers on every light, high end lighting and furniture, Ambience lighting everywhere (including all three decks/patio), fans in bedroom that work very well, all TVS are updated with full wifi and apps. The place was clean, every bathroom had soap/shampoo kit (high end hotel type), and plenty of room. The house looked brand new!Basement was the best! All gaming! Haven't played Galaga since 1980. The downstairs bar was impressive with full kitchen and roll up door. Will not disappoint!

Over all the house was super neat and clean. However, the response from the owners was terrible. The gate was left locked at our arrival, tried to call the owner, and got zero response. Seemed like some fake call center when we called the phone number provided. Had to have the landscaper call the owner to give us to code. On top of that, one of the guests left a apple watch in the rental and we haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone - left multiple voicemails, text messages, and have contacted them through the app with no response.
