Welcome to Majestic Splendor Lodge! This 2560 sqft, 3-story, 4 bedroom 3 and a half bath cabin is the perfect place to base your getaway. Majestic Splendor Lodge has parking for 3 vehicles, a hot tub, home theater, game room, a fire pit and more..! Majestic Splendor Lodge is located in the Smoky Cove Resort in Wear’s Valley just minutes from action packed Pigeon Forge!

Main Level:
Entry level of this cabin features the living, kitchen, and dining area, one king bedroom, and one and a half bathrooms.
In the living room you will find plenty of elbow room with a love seat, recliner, chair and a couch that converts into a sleeper sofa. Grab a snack, cozy up to the gas fireplace, and watch your favorite TV show on the flat screen HDTV!
The newly updated kitchen is sure to be a delight for the chef in the group offering all stainless steel appliances to whip up a treat that everyone can enjoy! Just off the kitchen you will find a half bathroom with a washer and dryer for added convenience.
The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, tv, and a private attached tub/shower bathroom.
Just outside you will find a fire pit, so grab the marshmallows and make memories with friends and family that you will never forget!

Upper Level:
Travel upstairs to find 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open loft featuring 2 twin day beds, pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, HDTV, and a multicade arcade machine ready and waiting for hours of entertainment!

After you have toppled the competition retire to the king bedroom complete with HDTV, beside jacuzzi, and attached bathroom with stand up shower.

Lower Level:
The lower level contains the home theater area, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and a hot tub.

Retreat to the home theater area complete with a large flat screen HDTV and theater style seats perfect for a movie night!

You will also find 2 bedrooms with a hall bathroom to share on this level. One featuring a king bed and an HDTV while the other has 1 full bunk bed, futon, and HDTV.

Step out onto the deck and relax in the private screened-in hot tub just waiting to bubble all your stress away!

Perfect location!

Location of this cabin was perfect. Tucked away from the main strip of Pigeon Forge, but close to everything. Perfect size for a large family or group of friends and lots to do. We’d highly recommend this cabin.

Spring break

We came for a few days to let the kids see the mountains. It was a first time for several of them. They truly had a great time and hated to leave. They loved the cabin said it had plenty of room for them. They loved being able to play pool and air hockey, really enjoyed the firepit at night, then relaxing in the hot tub before watching movies nightly.

Great for families

The location of the cabin is wonderful! It’s close to all attractions and hiking. We had our children and grandchildren, 12 total, and had plenty of room. We will definitely be back next year.

Extraordinary and simply amazing.

Amazing place that offers everything we needed to spend an extraordinary family time, jacuzzi and amazing firepit for the adults, while thebkids entertained themselves with movies and or games. Very close to all family outings, shops, and we loved walking though and buying at the little antique shops.

Very spacious cabin!

The cabin was clean and very spacious for our party of 11. The kids enjoyed the upstairs entertainment area and everything was clean upon arrival. The location is pretty convenient to all of the attractions and takes about 20 minutes depending on traffic. The upstairs mattress could use an upgrade but overall it’s a great rental!

Wonderful Family Cabin

This cabin was wonderful for our multi-family vacation. We loved the location and had everything we needed. The upstairs air conditioner wasn’t working when we arrived but they were very prompt to come look at it and offer a resolution!

Will stay here again

We’ve been renting in area for 10+ years and thus may be the best rental yet. Great non traffic location, close to restaurants,stores and activities. Everything we could need was provided in the kitchen and in good working order. Only negatives: most everything appeared to be undated EXCEPT for sofa and love seat which were completely worn out and need to be replaced ASAP; all the beds were comfortable but made so much noise that you woke yourself up in you moved….

Beautiful and peaceful

This place was amazing. The cabin was beautiful. We loved the scenery. The house was perfect for the amount that we had staying. We played pool but some of the games need to be updated they don't work. We tried to light the firepit outside but it was out of propane just need to make sure its always stocked. Other than that the place was located somewhere nice and was worth the stay.

Overall satisfied

The location of this cabin is perfect to get out of the city but close to all attractions. We loved the deck and game room, especially with kids of all ages. The cleanliness definitely could have been better. And the mattresses were very uncomfortable….old thin spring mattresses even in the master suite and kind size beds. Overall we enjoyed our stay and made memories. Pro Tip: Ole Smoky Moonshine makes the mattresses like clouds.

Nice, clean place

Close to attractions. Didn't use games a whole lot. Pool sticks were unusable. Probably could have called but kids didn't care to much. Would definitely use again.

Great place for families!

We enjoyed our stay at Majestic Splendor cabin for 1 week in July. The location was great with nearby groceries, gas, food, etc. Our younger members of the family really enjoyed the games, pool table, etc. upstairs. The older members even enjoyed a game of poker on the supplied table and chips on the one rainy day we had. The only hiccup we had is that the garbage pickup did not happen at all even though we called on Wednesday to have it picked up, so with 13 people we did have a lot of garbage by Sunday. Otherwise, all the amenities were wonderful, cabin was clean, and outfitted great for as many people as we had in our group. I would recommend this cabin for a large group.

Not as described

There is no theatre room with seating for 8 as the description says. There was no place for 8 people to even sit together. The photos are a bit misleading, the fire pit and deck are next to a road. The hot tub in in an odd room with no view. The house is very small and was very dusty as well. We reached out via VRBO and to the property management company and neither did anything to help us.

Previous guests items left/downstairs carpet so dirty (socks were black after walking on it).

The staff at the cabin company was extremely nice and very pleasant to talk to but I don’t think cleaning crew does a good job cleaning as items were left (pop can in bathroom, toiletries and pill in floor).

Taking 85 year old Mom to the mountains & Dolly World!

Cabin and property great. Recommend a larger grill. Property was clean and peaceful. Community pool nice and clean area. Cabin well equipped with needed household and kitchenware. Peaceful deck and wonderful wrap around too so all dont need to be on top of each other. Fun gaming area too!! Cabin needs a thresh hold cover in downstairs bathroom. 2 of us scraped out foot on exposed nail. Also need a flush to floor floor vent by refrigerator. All of us tripped on that darn thing. But other than that all wonderful! Great location too!!!

Disappointing Stay

This property was not properly shown in the pictures. The cabin was sturdy and made well, however, the cleaning maintenance is below par. Outside there was remnants of previous guests trash, egg shells, liquor bottles in the grass. Moldy shower curtains, large amounts of dust and spiderwebs, the carpet was nauseating with being matted and stained. Room displayed as a movie theater had seating removed with nothing put back in its place. Had to sit on the floor to watch movies. Upstairs TV didn’t work. Outdoor seating was extremely moldy and were flattened. Exposed nails in the carpet near the bathroom. A child cut their foot open. It is just evident this is run by a company and not an individual owner as more care would have been given to the property. The rating I had seen when booking this property was definitely incorrect. I gave it a 3 out of 5 stars.

Rough booking

Overall the property was good. Had some cleaning issues that we just handled ourselves but the main issue was after the booking process we were informed that becaue it was a last minute booking that for one was non refundable, and second would require an in person visit to the management companies office. Well we couldnt make it to Pigeon Forge by then so i called the office to see what i needed to do and they said i would have to come into the office in order to secure entry to the cabin. Well i then expressed my disdain for not being upfront with that information prior to booking and now they have my money with no possibility of a refund. So here i am arguing with the customer service lady and then on to a manager that continued to inform me that that unless i signed the contract and sent in my credut card and drivers license that was no way to gain entry and that even with me doing that they couod still deny me. They refused to simply say that if all my info checked out that we would gain acess to the cabin. So naturally i Didn't want to sign the contract and send in my personal information without some reassurance that we wasnt gonna be stranded up there if they didnt approve entry. So after hours of back and forth with TipTops cabin rental i finally reached out to VRBO to reached out to them and we got a new lady on the phone and was very helpful and gave me the reassurance for entry. All should have been avoided easily if TipTop cabin rentals had some basic coutesy

Could be better

This place has potential, but fell short because of poor maintenance. When we arrived, the electricity in the living area wasn’t working. No lights, not tv, etc. So we called to get assistance and had a hard time even getting ahold of anyone. Finally, a really nice guy named Scott came; and after trying to figure out what was going on for a bit, he was finally able to temporarily fix the issue inside, but that meant the outside lights didn’t work. He said an electrician would come in the morning to fix the issue. Nobody ever came, so we ended up not being able to use the lights outside unless we didn’t use the lights/tv inside. I can’t tell you how annoying that was for everyone. Then, when we used the jet tub upstairs in the master bedroom, it began to leak in the main floor bathroom beneath us. This leak came from the tub itself. No water was spilled onto the floor. It did not stop leaking until we had completely drained the tub. So again, we called for maintenance. Someone came, and they were unable to help us. We just couldn’t use the jet tub for the remainder of the trip. Also, whenever we used the showers, tubs, or kitchen sink, they would not drain properly so there was standing water in them a majority of the time, and one shower even had hair in the bottom of it from previous guests. It was there when we arrived. Extremely disgusting! Now for some constructive criticism that I hope will help future guests. The main sofa in the living area is very old and worn down. The seat cushions were basically flattened down and uncomfortable. There were several different light bulbs mixed together in all of the ceiling fans and light fixtures. Warm and cool lights made for terrible lighting and just looked bad. The bathrooms had very little lighting, and it was hard to see and almost impossible to do our hair and makeup. These last few things may seem nit-picky, but they are easy things to fix and would make for a more pleasant stay. All in all, this cabin had great potential but fell short because of poor maintenance. Because of this, we will definitely look elsewhere next time we stay in the Pigeon Forge area (which is once or twice a year) and will recommend to others that they do the same.
