The cabin was absolutely wonderful. It was far enough in the mountains you could feel like you were alone yet close enough to town to enjoy the shopping and the great food. I will definitely be staying there again.
We found the blanket, dirty, some spot and some Hair on the bed. The laundry was broken, not enough trash bag since we stay for four days. Communication was awesome with the host. They reply on timely manner. Fire alarm was on twice in our first night and we end up calling the fire department to make sure that everything was OK. Very peaceful environment . The suggestion from me is give a charcoal grill option to the customers, focus more on cleaning and supply enough trash bag and toilet papers for the people who stay longer.
This is an excellent option to save money and still be close to everything Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge has to offer. The smoke detectors are LOUD and sensitive. Shower steam set them off and overcooked sausage. So so loud. The water is hard as expected being in the middle of nowhere. Low water pressure in the master bath. Dishwasher was not working but no biggie everything was provided to keep the cabin cozy. Easy check in and well worth the money.

Okay stay, lighting at night is not all that great. Dishwasher wasn’t working and water pressure got low.. Ran out of trash bags and toilet paper during stay.
Excellent communication and customer service!Great location, driveway easy to manage, and privacy.Wonderful layout for multigenerational family vacation to spend time together and to have private time.A few things to help guests.:1. We were not able to utilize the yard as it was not mowed so if you want to use yard, request mow before arrival.2. We did extend our stay and was locked out because code wasn’t extended- so if you extend stay you will want to ask for new code or code extension immediately.3. Washer and Dryer is a one in all - this was difficult to utilize as dryer has to be ran multiple times to dry clothes and takes a very long time to use. We pack light and wash/dry clothes mid stay. It was frustrating not being able to wash and dry several loads simultaneously. We would have just packed more and not washed had we known this as it wasted some of our time. Plan accordingly.4. No ramp and multiple stairs to get inside. It was a little difficult for 73 yo mother. Be aware if you are traveling with someone with mobility issues (cane, Walker, WC).5. Previous guest or guests filled outside trash bin 90% before we arrived and left bag outside by door. Request trash pickup before arrival if you stay a week or more.Overall, an affordable nice cabin with great customer service, easy access and driveway. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again!
